Harry's POV

"Are you okay, love?" I asked once Melody had calmed down a bit.
She shook her head.
"Do you want to tell me?" I pressed on.
She didn't answer right away. I thought she was going to tell me, but then she shook her head.
"Does this have to do with your brother?"
She sat up quickly, inhaling sharply. "How do you know about him?" she demanded in her no-nonsense voice.
"Heather told me about him," I said, hoping she wouldn't get angry.
"How much do you know?"
"Only that he's two years older than Heather, which is impossible because she's 16 and he's 17, and that he's your biological brother," I answered, relaying the small amount of information Heather had given me.
"You're sure that's all?" she asked, sounding worried.
"Yes. Oh, wait. He's the one in the picture, right?" I asked.
"Picture? What picture?" she asked, looking worried.
"The black-and-white one where it's you and your sisters when you were little and Ella's holding an apple." I said, surprised I had to explain. Where there more somewhere?
"Oh. That one.Yeah, he's in there. That was before. Way before," she said, not meeting my eyes.
"Before what?" I asked. There were so many things I didn't know, and this was confusing me. I didn't like it. It's worse than when fans are just screaming at me when I'm trying to talk to them.
She grabbed my hand and stood up. "Follow me," she said, dragging me to the door on the other side of the room. She opened the door and dragged me inside, shutting the door behind her.
"Whoa," I said, dropping her hand.
We were in a recording studio. Complete with a soundbooth and everything.
Pictures were scattered strategically on the walls. One of the many that caught my eye was one of Melody with brown hair in a purple dress.
"When did you dye your hair?" I asked, turning to her.
"That was for a CD cover. Will had a crazy idea that we were going to be famous one day so we had to take pictures. He hired a professional photographer and everything," she said, smiling faintly. She walked up to the picture and touched it lightly with her forefinger.
I looked at the one next to it. "Was this one his?"
"Yeah. These were our favorites. I chose his and he chose mine," she replied stiffly. "Come over here. We'll start from the beginning."

Sorry there weren't many of Will. I tried Google-ing pictures of them together but there were only a handful where it didn't look like they were/were about to kiss(ing) (because the TV show they were in had them as boyfriend/girlfriend). This last one doesn't even have "Melody" in it. It's a different girl. But the other three are of both of them. I'm going to sleep now because I REALLY need to shower in the morning and I have like, 5 hours to sleep, minus five minutes. So really, 4 hours and 55 minutes. If I can get to sleep as soon as I get off.
