Chapter 2 : dinner

I gulp the knot in my throat away, I mean sure Harry knew about the cuts, but ive never had him react that way before. He usually just told me I was worth it, and kissed my forehead. Never has he sat me down and kissed my arms. Im confused because when his lips touched my arm, butterflys erupted in my stomache. I shake my head and head down the stairs. Gemma awaits at the bottom of the steps.

“ you look beautiful Asarai!” she pulls me from Harry's grip and hugs me tight.
“ so do you! Posotively gorgeous” she smiles, motioning to a man who is quietly conversing with Anne,
“ this is Joshua, my lovely Boyfriend, Josh come meet Asarai” the tall man walks over and extends his hand to me. I reach out to shake it. “ this is Harry's best friend she lives just up the street, shes practically family!” she explains
“ lovely to meet you dear.” he smiles at me
“ like wise” I turn to Anne, “ can I help you with anything?”

“ no dear im about finished you kids go on into the dining room,” she turns to harry “ you stay back now dear i'd like a work with you.” I give harry and odd look and release his hand. Walking after Gemma.

HARRY”S POV:

“ whats up mum?” I ask as soon as Asarai is out of ear shot.
“ I saw you two go up stairs, and you came back down holding hands” she wiggled her eyebrows at me “ anything I shout know” I blushed
“ no mum, she doesnt like em the same way” my mum and gemma know about my crush on Azzy. Gemma uses that against me.
“ I think she does, and I think you two would be the greatest couple. Now go in there and keep that girl company, “ I smiled and scurried down the hall, I peeked into the dinning room, there wasa chair next to Azzy, she saw me and smile, patting the seat. I quickly plopped down next to her.
“ what did your mum want?, are you in trouble?” she looked worried. I smiled
“ No azzy, she was inquiring me about.... a girl.” he face fell for a second before lighting up.
“ a girl? Who may I ask, do you fancy her?”
“ yeah, shes great azzy beautiful and sweet. I think I might love her.” she pouted
“ tell me whooo!” she whined her big blue eyes looking up at me.
“ all in good time love,” She pouted again, and I poked her lip. Gemma coughed.
“are we interupting?” she wiggled her eyebrows at Asarai. I noticed a blush on her pale cheeks.
“no sorry, we were just discussing,” she smiled and her blush faded. In comes my mother. Carrying her lovely dinner. I hopped up to help her, as we set the table I noticed Gemma whisper something in Asarai's ear and she blushed.

After Dinner Joshua and Gemma went back to his place, and Mum went out with her Friends. It was just Asarai and my self. We were sat in on my bed. She wqas still wearing her pretty dress, “ what started it?” I ask quietly
“ what ?”
“the cutting, when did it start?”
“ I dont know..” she sighed “ I guess when I was 12 and I though that Aj was dead, when he came home really drunk and he was passed out...” she trailed of. We sat in silence for a long time. “ can I have a t-shirt?”
“why?”
“ you smell good, and they're comfy” she blushed
“ absolutely” I smiled and peeled off my t-shirt.` and tossed it to her. And then dug through my drawers for a pair of her pj shorts and tossed them too. She smiled at me.

ASARAIS POV:

he peeled off his shirt, I caught sight of his abs, hes always been fit. Why am I enjoying it now uggh. Garbing the shorts he threw at me I pulled of my dress and tugged the t-shirt on, then my shorts following suit. He handed me a hair elastic. And I tied my hair up. When I turned around he had a pair of gray joggers on, and he smiled. We ran down the stairs and he flopped on the couch pulling me down with him. Turning on the tv, we watch movies for hours until I fell asleep.
