Harry´s POV:

(Flashback)
-A few days before the trip-

I was at Liams, all the guys were there and we were just chillin´. I´m actually really glad I get to be friends with them, they´re cool and well, not assholes. We were in his leaving room talking about random stuuf when they´re trip thing came into conversation.

"I can´t wait" Zayn said.

"Yeah me neither" Louis said while he stands up and went to the kitchen.

"And where are you going guys?" I said trying to make conversation.

"California" Liam said grinning.

"Wow, I´ve heard on spring break there is crazy" I said.

"Yeah" Niall paused. "It was Lydia´s idea" He shrugged.

"Hey" Liam said. "You want to come with us?" It kind of cuaght me by surprise, but I quickly composed myself.

"Well, I mean I would love to" I paused. "But, ma and Lydia, well..."

"It´s ok" Louis said coming from the kitchen. "Just leave it to us" He said smirking.

"You guys are sure?" I said.

"Yeah, just pack your things" Zayn said smirking, they smirked a lot.

"OK well, I think I´ll be going with you" I said smiling.

Later they told me how everyone put money for everything and I will feel bad if they paid for me, so I´m giving them some money, back when I was in UK, everyday I saved two dollars so yeah, make the count.

(End of Flashback)

"WHAT THE FUCK IS HE DOING HERE?" Lydia said really angry while pointing at me and I only stare back, not glaring I just, stare.

"Lydia calm down" Louis said.

"No I´m not" She said. "Who invited him?!" She said while eyeing everyone and you could totally see she was pissed as hell.

"All of us" Zayn said. She was silent for a few moments and then, she said.

"Well, I´m not going" She said and was turning around when Niall grabbed her by the arm.

"Lydia, you can´t be serious" He said. "You´re not going just because Harry´s going? You got to be kidding. Remember who was the one that proposed this? It will be stupid is you don´t go" He let go of her and she just stare at him.

I kind of felt jealous towards Niall, because I notice they had this relationship, like sister and brother, the one we used to have.

"Why are you so against him?" Liam asked innocently.

Lydia turned to face me and glare, those glares that you know they want to kill you. I stare right back with my same expression, not showing any emotions. The truth is, yeah, I´m sad and hurt that Lydia wants nothing to do with me but at the same I hate she´s being a total bitch with me.

"I´m going in the same car with Niall" She said before grabbing the bag she previously dropped and head to one of the cars.

"Not like I was expecting her going with me" I said trying to light up the mood, wich I thought it worked because everyone laughed.

"Ok everyone, let´s go!" Louias screamed and everyone piled in the cars and then, we start our trip.

Lydia´s POV:

"Ok everyone, let´s go!" I heard Louis screamed but honestly this whole Harry thing ruined my mood.

You will say, why wouldn´t she goes in the same car with Cassidy, well the thing is, she´s on the same car with Zayn, you know what I mean? Anyways, there were four cars, in one there were Zayn and Cass, on another one Louis and Eleanor, in the next one Liam and Harry and in the last one Niall and me.

Minutes later we were on road we were just having a normal conversation when he have to ask that stupid question.

"Why do you hate Harry?" I groan and roll my eyes.

"Niall, you knwo I love you but please, let´s talk about another thing"

"Fine fine" He paused. "I wonder how is everyone doing with their partners" He said smirking and I chuckled.

*(Somewhere in another car)*

"Knock Knock" Harry said.

"Who´s there" A really annoyed Liam said.

"A cow goes"

"A cow goes who?"

"NO A COW GOES MUU HAHAHAHA"

"Harry, that was the worst joke ever"

"Knock knock"

"NO SHUT UP"

(Back to Lydia´s POV)

Two hours had passed since we start our trip and now we are on the highway, I was looking at the map while Niall was concentrating on driving.

"Niall turn in another five hundred meter" I said poiting ahead of us.

"What? No the exit is in another three kilometers"

"Niall, you´re gonna passed the exit turn now!" I was starting to get frustated.

"Lydia stop it I know where I need to turn!" He said looking at me for briefly moment before watching the road again.

"Well I don´t think so, in the map sa-"

"Maps are stupids!" He said.

"No they´re not" I paused. "You know why does maps exist? To help you out in moments like this and- OH GREAT YOU MISSED THE EXIT"

"I DON´T"

"NIALL DON´T SCREAMED AT ME"

"YOU ARE THE ONE SCREAMING WOMAN"

"I WOULDN´T HAVE TO SCREAMED IF YOU HAD TAKE THE RIGHT EXIT"

"OH MY GOD"

"UUUUGH" I said turning to face the window. "Just to let you know, if get lost this will be your fault" I said in a firm tone.

"LYDIA WE ARE NOT GETTING LOST. YOU WERE NOT RIGHT GET OVER IT"

"WHO´S THE ONE SCREAMING NOW?"

So you could say this is mostly us, me arguing about Niall not taking the right road or exit and then we would get mad and we start to scream again, I´m starting to think I should have go with Liam instead of him.

Hours later I was getting sleepy and we were already in Medford so, we are almost in the state of California. I get into a comfortable position so I could sleep a little, I would go to the back to take a proper nap but that means moving and I´m way too tired and I don´t even know why, maybe because I wake up at fucking seven in the morning. My eyes were slowly closing when I heard Niall saying something.

"Oh thanks god. The beast is going to sleep" I quickly opened my eyes and sit properly.

"NIALL JAMES HORAN YOU CALLED ME A BEAST?" I said facing him.

"LYDIA I LOVE YOU BUT YOU ARE A PAIN IN THE ASS" I gasped. "NOW GO TO SLEEP"

"YOU CAN´T ORDERED ME"

"LYDIA STEPHEN SLEEP NOW" I rolled my eyes and decided that I was way too tired to keep fighting with Mr. I know-the-road.

"FINE!"

I take out my earphones from my backpack and plugged them into my phone, then I play a playlist, hahah that sounds funny, that I do, the songs arre really relaxing and calmed because this kind of songs help me to sleep, I even got the sound of waves in my phone, I now I´m a freak.

I slowly opened my eyes and checked the hour, almost two, I rubbed my eyes and then turned around and noticed Niall driving but with this expression that he has when he´s hungry.

"We are we?" I asked not knowing it.

"Almost in Red Bluff" He said simply and my eyes go wide.

"So we are already on California?" I said with a big smile and he chuckled.

"Yeah Lydia, we already are in california" I was smiling when I remembered.

"OH MY GOD!" I screamed causing Niall to jum a little.

"Geez you scared the shit out of me"

"I DIDN´T TAKE THE PICTURE" I said looking for my baby in my backpack, I take it out and turn it on.

"Shit Lydia from where did you stole that camera?" I roll my eyes.

"My aunt gave it to me" I said.

"The one in Spain?"

"The same" I said smiling.

"Wow, well that camera looks so cool" He paused and frown. "Do you even know how to used it?"

"Of course I know"

"Yeah right" He said smiling and I chuckle.

And in that moment I got a text from Cass.

"Niall, the guys said we´re stoping and spending tyhe rets of the day in Red Bluff, they want to go explore" or most likely they want to be tourists.

"Oh ok, they said were are we stopping exactly?" And then my phone rings, my special tone for Cass.

"Hello?" I answer.

"Hey girl how´s your trip going?"

"Fine I guess" I said. "Guess what? I didn´t tae the picture because I sleeping"

"YOU ARE SO STUPID HAHAHAHA"

"Hey it´s not funny" Moments later she calmed down.

"Anyways, Zayn said we should-"

So yeah, she explained me where are we going to meet again and everything. Let me exlpain you something about me.

I looooove taking pictures, I´m actually planning on doing that for living, that´s why I need to go to a really good school that specialize on these, I do a research and I found London has really great schools so, maybe when I graduate I´ll move to London. The only person who knows about this is Cass and honestly, if I leave she´s coming with me, we´ve have already talk about this and she really likes the idea.

I was day dreaming about me living in London so thanks to this I didn´t noticed we have already arrived to the hotel we´ll be staying, I mean we just need to stay the night and we´ll leave in the early morning wich I think it´s ok because we have time to go and see around.

I hopped out of the car and went to where Eleanor and Cassidy where talking, we were really exicted so we rush inside of the hotel and just got our room, literally we forgot to get the guys room but hey, I really need a shower, a hot one. Plus if we´re going to go and take a walk to know the place I need to look good. Twenty minutes later someone knocked on the door.

"Thanks for getting our rooms" Liam said sarcastically. "We jus got one because we´re leaving tonight or tomorrow morning"

"Your welcome" I smile at him ignoring the last part and he roll his eyes.

"Anyways, we´re leaving in fifteen"

"Ok" The three of us echoed.

(That day at night)

I was taking a bath, again, because according to the guys to get to LA are around seven hours and a half, so if we leave around two a.m. will be getting there around ten or maybe eleven a.m if there´s traffic. So thanks to this we´re bathing again.

I was finally finished so I wrapped a towel around me and walked out of the bathroom, Cass and Eleanor were already getting ready to go sleep. Currently is ten p.m. so, not a lot of sleep.

"Tomorrow we´ll be in LA" Cass said in singing tone.

"Omg I know I can´t wait" Eleanor said.

"Me neither, I can´t wait to go to the Hollywood sign and get my photo" I said day dreaming again.

"Shut up" Cassidy throw a pillow at me and hit directly on my face.

"Slut"

"Whore"

And after that I air-dryed my hair and then head to slee, tomorrow is going to be the best.

Niall´s POV:

"Pleaseeee" I was pleading him to change partners, I honestly going to explote tomorrow if I have to drive another seven hours with Lydia by myself complaning about me not taking the right roads.

"No" He said.

"Come on, change partners with me"

"No"

"COME OOOOOON, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE?" I was about to drop to my knees when he grab me by the arm and make me stand up.

"Don´t do that please" He said, then he ran a hand through his hair and groan. "Fine"

"YOU ARE THE BEST I FUCKING LOVE YOU" I said.

"Yeah yeah now go to sleep"

Around one a.m the alarm sound and everyone in the room wakes up, instantly everyone groan and throw a pillow at me.

"Why was that for?" I said.

"For putting the damn alarm so early" Zayn said.

"If we want to be in LA at noon we need to get going" I said.

"Since when you are the responsible one?" Liam asked.

"Since you are half sleep, now come on" I said.

Thrity minutes later I was knocking on the girls room and they instantly opened the door, Cass was runnign all over the place and Eleanor has a smile on her face.

"Hey Niall"

"Goodmorning" I said smiling. "You guys are ready?"

"YES" Cass screamed and I chuckle.

"There´s only one problem" Eleanor said.

"Wich one?" I frown.

"Well Lydia is ready already, actually se was the first one, but" She paused. "She kind of got asleep again and we don´t want to wake her up, do you think you can carry her to the car?" I smirked.

"Yeah, no prob"

Minutes later everyone was already getting into the cars and we were going for Lydia to her room, I opened the door and I carry her bridal style, when we were outside I walked to his car and put Lydia inside of the kombi. I get all of her things in there so I think everything is ready.

"Thanks dude" I said patting his back.

"No prob" He said.

Lydia´s POV:

A ray of light hit my eyes and I squeezed them tighter, when it kept hitting me I slowly opened them and rubbed them so I could see everything good. I smell something different, Niall changed his cologne? Well it sure as hell smells good. I look thorugh the sidemirrors of the car and noticed that now, or kombi is red, yesterday we where ina a blue one, oh well.

I was still in my nap position when I heard NIall turning off the radio, is he mad? I turned around and I couldn´t believe what I was seeing.

HOW DOES THIS HAPPENS?.

Long chapter uff. We tried our best to get the places and times right, we are not from neither Portland or California so, it was a bit hard, but who cares?
