Infinite Possibilities
To Infinity and Beyond
Harry’s POV
I was beginning to think she wasn’t going to come. She would never trust me again. I looked at my watch: 9:14. I got up and walked out the door. I was only walking for a few seconds when someone threw themself at me. I looked down it was Arabella; she was crying. I pulled her in closer to me. When she finally pulled away, I looked at her.
“Why were you crying?” I wiped her tears away.
“This is going to sound crazy, but I had a dream about the day you asked me out. Then, I flashed to a different scene, and you were dead and I woke up screaming.” I stayed quiet as she continued on. “I realized that I don’t hate you Harry. In fact, I think…”
“You think what?”
“I think I love you… still. I never stopped. Please say something.”
“Bella,” I whispered.
“Yeah?”
“I love you too, and if you’re up for it, I want you to be my girlfriend again.”
“Yes, Harry! Infinity times yes!” I leaned in slowly brushing my lips up against hers, and then I kissed her. It was just like nothing had ever happened between us. Like there was no four-year gap between our relationship together. We pulled away, and just stared at each other smiling like idiots.
Arabella’s POV
“Do you remember the first time you asked me to be your girlfriend?” I asked.
“Every part of it!”
“Remember how you said that there are infinite possibilities with me?”
“Yeah, and there still are, why?” That made me giggle.
“Because there are infinite possibilities with you too. Like how it took you breaking up with me and almost four years to figure that you loved me too much to let me go.”
“But breaking up with you was the stupidest mistake I’ve ever made. Our love is too strong to break us apart.”
“Promise?”
“To infinity…”
“…and beyond,” I finished.
