Arabella’s POV
Why did that voice sound so familiar? I opened my eyes staring at someone else’s bright green ones. He helped me up from my position on the ground.

“Harry?” I couldn’t believe it was him.

“Bella? Long time no see…” I walked away from where he was standing. “Still mad I see.”

“Still mad? Do you even know what you did to me? Do you know what I went through?”

We had met when he came on a foreign exchange project between our schools. The program was for a year when I was in 9th grade, and he was in 10th. I was responsible for showing him around and exchanging customs. After 4 months in Oklahoma he asked me to be his girlfriend. What can I see? Even in 10th grade he was really cute. I said yes to him. Everyone thought we were the cutest couple, anyone could tell we really loved each other. Then, a month before he left he dumped me. He said it would happen eventually, and couldn’t keep a long distance relationship. To think I thought I loved him.

He grabbed my wrist and turned me to face him. “I never thought I would see you again! I had to do what was right. My mom told, ‘If you love something, let it go. If it returns, it’s yours; if it doesn’t, it wasn’t. 
If you love someone, set them free. If they come back they’re yours; if they don’t they never were.’ And here we are…”

“Go die in hole, Harry! You broke my heart; you are the biggest jerk in the history of jerks. You, Harry, are the jerk of Jerks Ville. Leave me alone,” I continued to walk, but he stayed close behind. He started singing.
