Vampires Rule

The prince gave him a look of scepticism, before asking like he was talking about the weather “So, who’s your blood slave?”

We all blinked and my eyes widened, how dare the Prince asked such an inappropriate question! Blood slaves where who the vampire masters chose to drink from, though drinking a humans blood was a very…sexaul experience. I heard we all had a type of hormones in our blood that could drive a vampire crazy with lust.

So drinking blood from a slave was either a power show, to drink us in front of some other vampires was basically showing the other vampires who was in control, or drinking our blood was a very private affair that most vampires didn’t like to talk about.

It was like the Prince was asking which one of us did he have sex with…

It was normal when My master spluttered “I beg your pardon?”

“I believe I was speaking english, not latin, Uncle” The prince said coldly.

My master said slowly “Surely you don’t need me to tell you that?”

The Prince said softly “Are you questioning me?”

My master bristled as he said “I’m your Uncle, does that mean nothing to you? You shouldn’t-”
Suddenly the prince was in front of my master, his eyes narrowing and his teeth bared as he hissed “You shouldn’t question me! You seemed to forgetting your place, if you do, I’ll-“

My master must of been asking for a death wish as he replied “Or you’ll what? Kill me?”

The prince’s smile curled into a sneer and he said slowly and slightly to calmly for everyones liking “I could you know…?” One of the princes hands, went up and touched my masters neck lightly “One little movement…Is all it takes, you wouldn’t feel a thing, I know I certainly wouldn’t”

“Sire?” A guard called carefully, the guards were wondering if they should intervene or not. The prince said to the guard though still looking at my master “Relax Ale, if I was going to kill him I would of already done it”

The prince finally stepped back, I could see a wash of relief over my masters face, even though he tried to hide it. Seeing someone who I used to think was one of the strongest Vampires ever as he was constantly reminding us how powerful he was or forcing other vampires to do his bidding, felt so strange at how easily the Prince took his control away from him.

I swear I have never seen any ounce of fear in my masters eyes in till today. The prince said cooly “Even though my humanity has gone, I’m not stupid, I still remember what some of those emotions felt like. I know my emotions will return at some point and I unfortunately will regret my actions if I killed you, I remember what regret and guilt feels like and they are not pleasant emotions”

His voice turned lower as he added “Though…It is soo tempting right now”

The prince growled “Answer my question Uncle, NOW!” His voice was full of authority.
