Vampires Rule

After a few minutes of us standing here suddenly the doors were thrown open, about ten royal guards came bursting in armed heavily, They were all vampires and they made way for a young man, dressed in a very expensive clothes, with very dark eyes that almost looked black.

His skin was very pale but was flawless and he had quite dark brown hair. He smiled cockily as he walked in, surrounded by Gaurds. I could see the outlines of his lean muscles through his clothes, to put it blunt he looked extremely hot.

“Uncle, it feels like its been ages since I last saw you” The prince greeted formally, his voice like smooth and soft, he was specking quietly but we could hear ever word clearly.

My master nodded as he shook hands with the Prince. His expression was a void of any emotion, reflecting The prince’s eyes which, even though he was smiling, were completely blank, no emotion showed in them at all.

I had a for boding thought that the prince could easily kill My master without feeling any thing, those eyes would stay that emotionless black for a couple of weeks intill his emotions returned.

My master said glancing at the guards “You have a lot of protection with you, they however, I believe are not for you?”

The princes smile thinned as he said “My parents idea, there was a..Ah, incident a couple of days ago, we were able to cover up the damage but next time I went somewhere they believed the guards would keep me occupied…”

My Master’s eyes narrowed as he asked “Louis...This doesn’t have anything to do with the mysterios slaughter at Roseville would it?”

The Prince didn’t reply but his smile turned slightly colder but nothing about his expression changed.

My master seemed to take this as a warning as he suddenly looked nervous? And coughed awkwardly, I noted the guards stiffen up from behind the Prince.

A sudden thought froze my heart in my chest as suddenly my masters and the princes words made sense…

The slaughter at Roseville was a big thing, many people, one night were found dead, all drained of blood, most were slaves but a couple of slayers and vampires were also found dead as well, instead of drained of blood they had their throats ripped out. Had My master been implying the prince had done it?

And what my Master had asked about the why guards were here suddenly made horrifying sense as well….

The guards were armed to the teeth…

The guards weren’t for protecting Louis…They were for us…

Protecting us from the Prince in case he lost control…
