As Fragile as Glass

Liam groaned.

"Oh alright but you have to promise to take care of it."

"Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" I squealed as I picked the puppy up.

I ran over to Liam and gave him a kiss on the cheek before hurrying to the car. Now I really did have a best friend no matter what. Maybe Mondays weren't so bad.

***Skip Drive***

When we got home I grabbed Treasure and sprinted into the house. I decided to name her Treasure because she was my little treasure. Liam brought in all my shopping bags.

"You could've helped you know," he grumbled as he all the bags in my room.

"Oh stop whining," I said with a roll of my eyes as I went through my bags.

"Tomorrow is Fight Night. Want to come?"

I heard Stormy talk about it earlier. She said Fight Night happens every other week and only the fighters fight that night. She's fighting that night and asked if I was coming. I didn't really want to watch a bunch of fights but I really liked the girls and everyone was going to be there so I guess I'd go.

"Sure."

"Ok. Do mind spending the day there so I don't have to make two trips? You can hang out with Breezie."

"Alright."
