As Fragile as Glass

"What do you think about this?" I asked as I walked out of the dressing room.

I had finished shopping for my room and I was now shopping for clothes.

Breezie clapped her hands happily,"Absolutely fantabulous!"

Stormy nodded,"Very cute."

I was wearing a a dark blue, short sleeve sweater dress and I was in total agreement with the girls.

"So getting this!"

I walked back into the dressing room and changed back into my clothes. I stepped out and said,"Let's go over to Aeropostale."

"Ok," Stormy said.

We grabbed our bags and went over to Aeropostale. We had been in the store for about 10 minutes when I started noticing that Breezie looked kinda sad.

"I'm going to go try this on. Be right back," Stormy said and headed towards the dressing room.

"Hey Breezie what's the matter?" I asked her.

She bit her lip and said,"I'm having a few money problems that's all."

Oh, now I get it. She'd been surrounded by loads of a oracle stuff all day and couldn't buy everything she liked.

"Oh, well I'll pay for it. It's not that big of a deal."

Her eyes widened as she shook her head.

"No way I can't let you pay."

"Relax. Trust me it's fine."

It really was cause my parents left me everything including all their money and it turns out there was a lot of it.

"Well... ok. Thank you!"

She gave me a huge hug. It was like we were best friends. I never really had friends much less a best friend. I was always the shy kid who sat in the back of the class and tried to be noticed as little as possible. We finished shopping an hour or two and headed back to the fight club.

When we walked in a girl started yelling,"Stormy!"

The girl ran over and tackled Stormy.

"Where have you been all day? The big fights are tomorrow!" the girl yelled.

"Chillax Perrie. I'm going up against an easy girl tomorrow. Besides I got my practice in this morning. Didn't Zayn tell you what's going on?" Stormy asked.

"Yeah but still."

Then she noticed me and said,"Hi I'm Perrie. You must be Summer. I'm Zayn's girlfriend. I'm also one of the fighters here."

"Oh yeah. Hi."

I smiled at her. All of a sudden Liam ran over.

"Hey girls. You ready to go Summer?"

"Yup. Bye girls!"

"Bye!" they yelled.

Liam and I went outside and ran to his car when we felt rain start to fall. That's weird it wasn't supposed to rain today. Liam didn't start talking until we were on the road.

"So how was your day?"

"Good. The girls are cool. You?"

"Good."

We had been driving for about 5 minutes when I saw a dark furry thing run out in front of the car.

"Oh my God! STOP!" I screamed.

Liam slammed on brakes and yelled,"What the-"

I didn't wait for him to finish his sentence before jumping out I the car and running over to where the little animal was cowering up by the side of the road. It was a puppy. I heard Liam get out of the car and come over to where I was sitting holding the scared little puppy. I turned around and have him puppy eyes. Literally.

I stuck my bottom lip out and begged,"Can I keep her? Please please please please please please please please!!!"
