Matt's P.O.V
"Well it's nice to meet you. I really am sorry for what happened tonight," the little prick says. Just looking at him makes me want to barf. Not because he hit Emma with his car but because he wasn't able to end her. If he had maybe hit her a little harder she would be gone and I wouldn't be so worried right now. Fuck, what am I going to do when she wakes up? She's for sure going to tell Lily what happened. I got to get to her before anyone else does.

"Like I said before, it's ight," he nods and starts to walk away

"Emma was with you before the accident happened. Do you know why she has all those bruises?" Lily asks

"What are you trying to say? That I gave her those bruises? Well for your information, Emma never came over. I called her so many times but she never answered so how am I supposed to know what happened to her?" I reply defensively. I can't let anyone know what actually happened at my place.

Harry's P.O.V
I stop walking when I hear Lily ask her question. What if it was Matt who hurt her? If he did then I might lose it. I may not know who Emma is but no girl deserves to get hit. A man who thinks it's okay to hit women is obviously a coward. I hate hearing stories about women being abused I just don't understand what people gain by hurting others, it doesn't make sense.

"What are you trying to say? That I gave her those bruises? Well for your information, Emma never came over. I called her so many times but she never answered so how I am supposed to know what happened to her?" His answer calms me down a bit but I'm still going to be cautious around him. Something about him doesn't feel right to me.

"What's your problem. I'm not accusing you of anything so why are you getting aggravated with me? I asked a simple question! If you're going to be a little bitch about it than I think you should leave."

"I'm not leaving. Emma is my girlfriend and as long as she's here than I'm going to stay and you cant do anything about it, aight?"

"And Emma is my best friend. You were never a good boyfriend to her so don't start acting like a good one now. I don't get what she saw in you. You're a dick and I want you to leave right now aight?!" Woah they must hate each other. This is pretty amusing to watch but I should probably break this up.

"Guys stop this before we all get kicked out of here. Lily, your best friend is fighting for her life right now you should be with her not here fighting with her boyfriend. I get that you both don't like each other but you need to stop fighting. Emma needs the both of you with her."

"Harry, if this singing career doesn't work out for you, maybe you should think about becoming a counsellor. I'll stop fighting, but only for Emma," Lily says

"I'll think about it," I wink at her.

"You guys go ahead and sit in the waiting area. I'm going to leave now. I'll give you my number so you can give me a call when she wakes up. I still got to apologize to her." I give Lily my number and let her know that she give me a call whenever. She says she'll walk me out. I agree because I need to talk to her about Matt. We get outside and she surprises me by saying

"Look, I know I yelled at you and stuff, so I want to say sorry. When I first heard about you I thought you were a total dick, sleeping around with thousands of girls but you've proven me wrong. You're a really sweet guy, Harry."

"I don't know if I should be insulted or happy. Thanks though, I'm glad you don't think of me in that way anymore."

"Don't thank me. It's the truth."

"Alright than, anyways uhm.. I need to talk to you about Matt. It seems like he's hiding something so be careful around him," I warn her

"Don't worry, I feel like he's hiding something all the time. Even Emma's mom doesn't like him but Emma is very stubborn so when she met Matt and her mom told her to stay away from him, Emma did the complete opposite."

"Well it seems to me that Emma must be a hand full," I say laughing because I do the exact same thing as Emma.

"Yeah she is but it's worth it because she's the most sweetest person you'll ever know. She has a good heart even though she's stubborn she would never do anything to hurt anyone."

"She sounds like a great person. Maybe if I didn't almost kill her with my car, her and I could be friends. I'm going to go now, remember to call me when Emma wakes up."

"Yeah, maybe you could. Okay I will. See you soon!"

Matt's P.O.V
What's taking Lily so long. Sitting here on this chair is making my ass hurt! Stupid Emma and her stupid problems. I sit up straight when I see a nurse walk up to me.

"Excuse me. Do you know where the young man sitting here went?" the nurse asks

"Curly, brown hair? Wearing a green jacket? Yeah he just left, but I'm the girls boyfriend so you can tell me what you wanted to tell him," I say with a bit of attitude.

"Uh, right.. well Emma is waking up so if you want to go see her, you can."

"Okay I will," I say grinning. Finaaaally! I was beginning to think she wouldn't survive. That wouldn't be such a bad thing but oh well it's time to go see little Miss. Emma Davidson now.
