My Cupcake Girl

Harry's p.o.v
I was in my hotel room trying to figure out what to wear when I got a text from Dj. I smiled as I read it. She invited me to watch her practice and added that after we could go on our date. I responded and left my hotel room to walk to the special rooms where all gamers are practicing. I saw so many other players practicing since the walls were glass, some even waved at me. I was just around the last corner when I saw Dj arguing with Kevin. They were practically screaming at each other which caused everyone to come out of their rooms to see what was going on.

Dj's p.o.v
I couldn't believe it! My own brother! Ugh I hate him! I grabbed my stuff and headed out the door until Kevin chased after me. He pulled my arm so that I could face him.

"What!" I spat at him.

"I'm sorry."

"Sorry?! Kevin my contract expired before this season and I was debating if I should just stop gaming but, you said that wouldn't you want another victory before you leave? You said you would make this season one of the best ones because I was leaving! You promised me! And you know what the worst part was? You voted me off the team and voted for your girlfriend to replace me!" I screamed at him. I heard so many gasps after I finished yelling, I didn't even notice that people were crowding us.

"So?! I did you a favor! You don't have to game now! You should be thankful!" he retorted while he poked me hard on my chest causing me to stumble back a little.

"That was so not the point here! You got my hopes up that this season was going to be fun and that I could leave with making my mark as one of the best female gamers! Voting me off hurt but, voting for your girlfriend to replace me tore me to shreds. You're the worst brother ever!"

With that I stormed off tears of frustration rolling down my face. I looked at the ground the whole time, I don't need people seeing me like this. As I was leaving someone grabbed my arm and turned me around. Then, there I was facing James,one of my best gaming friends and my crush from when I started gaming. He gave me a sympathetic look and that's all it took to get my eyes to start watering up and for my tears to start pouring down. I tackled him into a hug while he hugged back and ran his hand through my hair. At least I know that Joey still cared he was the only one who didn't vote me off.

Harry's p.o.v
That argument was terrible! As soon as Dj ran off I was about to go after her until some guy in gaming gear beat me to it. They stared at each other for a while until Dj finally broke down and hugged him. I got jealous for a second until I realized, she's broken and she probably just needs a hug. Well my jealousy was over but, came back again as people were shouting a shipping name for them. Mental sigh at least I still have my date with her, that's still my reason to smile.
