Savannah's POV:
I shuffled towards my side of the elevator like there was a whole group entering. But really there was only one solitary figure joining me on board.


'Sorry about my Nan' Harry apologised as he stood next to me. 'It's okay' I kept my hands in the pockets of my coat. I looked up at the elevator number descending. 'Umm' I heard Harry mutter but I didn't look at him. 'It's my birthday on Saturday, I was wondering If you wanted to come?' my eyes widened at his invitation.

'Umm, sure' I turned to look at him and he flashed me a smile. That's when I noticed his lovely dimples. I looked away before my cheeks could turn red. 'So, can I have your number so I can text you the details?' he asked and I dictated it to him. 'You can bring friends if you want' he told me.

Ding! Two people stood at the door.

Noah gasped like he just saw a ghost. Rach just gave me a smirk. They entered the elevator and stood behind us and didn't utter a single word. The doors closed and the ride continued. The only thing that made a noise was the melodic elevator music and Noah's inner excitement that bubbled within him.

Ding! The elevator stopped at the next floor. 'So, I'll text you' Harry turned to me as the doors open. I gave him a small nod. 'Bye' he waved. 'Bye' I waved back and he was gone.

'AAAHHHH' Noah screamed as soon as the doors closed. 'What just happened?' Rach chuckled. 'Harry Styles, is the grandson of my patient' I informed them. 'What as in granny patient who's been playing cupid for you and her grandson who happens to be THE Harry Styles?' Rach spoke without a breath. 'Yup' I nodded slowly. 'Wait, why is he texting you?' she continued with the questions. 'He invited me to his birthday and he's going to text me the details' I explained myself. 'AHHHHH' Noah screamed again. 'Are you going?' Rach asked. 'Actually we all are. He said I can bring friends' I informed them. 'AHHHHH' Noah screamed even louder this time jumping up and down the elevator.

Harry's POV:

The next day....

'Hi Nan, do you remember these lot?' I visited her with the boys and El and Dani. 'Of course' she smiled with her dentures. 'Eleanor...Danielle...Liam....Zayn.....Niall and Lewis' she said slowly as she pointed at each person. We laughed at how she pronounced Louis' name. 'Louis, Nan, Louis' I corrected her.

'Okay, Ms.Cox this is just going to be very quick. Since I'm a busy man' a doctor came in with a nurse. He rushed to examine Nan like it was the end of the world. 'Okay all good' he took a pen out and signed some papers. 'Alright, time to kick Princess Savannah's ass' he handed the papers to the nurse and took off. 'Savannah works here?' everyone except Liam asked. She probably didn't tell them yesterday. 'Umm. excuse me, what did he mean about kicking Savannah's ass?' I asked the nurse. 'He wishes' the nurse chuckled. 'Dr. Mckenzie and Dr.Avery are competing at a solo coronary artery bypass at the operation theatre. Who ever finishes first with a successful outcome wins' she explained.

'Ohh can we watch?' El asked eagerly 'Sure, it's open for anyone to watch. The theatre is down the hall' the nurse told us. 'Yes' the girls squealed. 'Alright, let's go watch brain surgery' Niall headed out. We all laughed at how clueless he was. 'Heart Niall, the heart' Liam corrected him.

When we got to the theatre, it was packed with people in scrubs/theatre blues and lab coats. We definitely stood out. But we didn't diverge any attention as we sat at the back. I watched saw Savannah from the gallery as she tied a mask on her mouth. 'Good morning Chairman, Good morning Chief' everyone stood up to pay respect to the two more people that entered. I couldn't see their faces as everyone stood up.

Savannah's POV:
'Yesss!' I screamed when my superior said I got the surgery right. I looked up the gallery and my colleagues were clapping. I set my eyes on the two people who were my biggest fan. Mum and Dad smiled at me then turned to smile at each other.



'Maybe next time Mckenzie' I smirked at him as I left the room to wash up. I washed my hands and arms thoroughly and took my the disposable cap and gown off. 'Congratulations Dr.Avery' I was greeted by passing colleagues as I went out to the corridors.

'Hey' I greeted Harry as he came from my right. 'Wow, you were amazing in there' he smiled. 'You watched me? You watched me in surgery?' I pointed back to the room. 'Yeah' he chuckled. 'I hope I didn't gross you out or anything' I joked. 'Nope' he shook his head. 'Dr.Avery, the Chief wants to see you in her office' a colleague informed me and took off. 'I better go' I said to Harry and walked off. 'Oh Harry' I turned back around. 'What do you want for a present?' I asked. 'You don't have to get me anything. Just you turning up is enough for a present' he smiled with his dimples showing.
