Harry's POV:
Rachel and Noah stayed with us in Niall's room while we waited for Savannah to come back. 'So how come you guys wear a lighter blue uniform to Savannah?' Niall asked. 'That's because Sav is the Goddess of Surgery' Rachel chuckled. 'What do you mean?' Niall creased his eyebrows. 'She's already an attending' Noah explained. 'A what?' we all chorused.

'The Surgical Hierarchy' Noah chuckled.

'The 1st year after graduation from med school, you are an 'Intern'. Interns receive their medical license after the first year when they pass their exam. They do not make independent decisions about treatment; their job is to learn how it all works under the supervision of residents' Rachel began.

'After a year of being an Intern, you are called a 'Resident' which is us, were 2nd year Residents. We are not yet fully qualified to practice independently. We still run decisions by Senior Residents or an Attending. This is the period of training during which we try to figure our specialty' Noah spoke.

'Next up are the 'Attendings', which is what Savannah is. This is where you switch from a light blue to a royal blue scrub. Attendings have graduated and completed their residency training.They can supervise interns, residents and other med students.They have authority over nurses, interns and residents.So they're our boss' Rachel explained Savannah's position.

'The boss of the Attendings are the Head of their department' Rachel continued.

'And on top of all surgeon, is the Chief of Surgery' Noah told us.

'Then the Ultimate boss of us all is the Chairman of the Hospital' Noah ended.

'Who's the Chief of Surgery?' Louis asked. 'Savannah's Mum' Noah and Rachel chorused. Our eyes widened surprised. 'And the Chairman?' I asked. 'Savannah's Dad' they chuckled. Our jaws dropped open.

'Okay lets go Styles' Savannah came in the room. 'Harold, you've got the Chief and the Chairman's daughter 'Louis whispered to me as he patted my back. 'Good Luck Haz' Niall laughed.
