Harry's POV


It was sort of beautiful , really , the way we had made love . It was gentle , caring , full of love and careful words . I couldn't help but to laugh after , we were both laying there , naked . She had always been very open with her body , in fact she had told me once that if it were up to her , she would walk around naked all the time . I told her to be my guest .

We were both laying next to each other , gasping out of breath . The only thing you could hear was our heavy breathing , and the ocassional giggle that escaped Sofia's playful lips .

" That was ...." , Sofia said out of breath .

" Amazing ", she said laughing . I smiled , it was an amazing . I chuckled at when I propped my self on my elbow to get a good look at her . The thin white sheet being the only flimsy barrier that covered her . Her hair was a mess , in fact everything was a mess . The bed looked like it had been raped by a tornado .

" You have lipstick all over you " , she said running her thumb across my bottom lip . A lazy smile spread on my lips as she pulled her finger in front of my face to show me the pink worn out lipstick that she had scrapped off me .

" That was like , wow , did you eat a power bar before this ? ", she asked running her hands through my hair . I was out of breath , I simply shook my head no . I chuckled , it was sort of ironic how people actually do that . I sneaked my arm around her waist pulling her to face me , I was just like her , I too missed cuddling .

We were staring right at each other , I was looking into her big brown eyes that I adored . Her eyes were beautiful , they were this deep chocolate brown but the funny thing was that around the rim they were black . Like it was a chocolate covered cookie .

" What are we going to do Harry ? ", she said quietly while she intertwined out legs together . Warm hand played with my chest , her small fingers tracing airplanes motions on my chest .

" About ? ", I asked her closing my eyes . I could feel her stare burning into me , intensly .

" Us ", she whispered . I could hear the heart in her voice , it was like the end of a sad movie . Its the kind of ending you really dont want to see .

" I .. I don't know Sofia ", I said pulling her close close to me , her head fitting perfectly into the crook of my neck . I could feel her warm tears fall on my skin , her small sobs clenching my heart . All I could do was hug her tightly , hug her until she stopped hurting .

" Why would you do this to me Harry ? ", she whispered to me . I had this knot in my throat , I tried to swallow it down , but it only felt like it was getting bigger . I despretly held on to her , I wanted to kiss her fears away , to just hold her . I did not know how to respond to her , or her question . It was quiet in the room , the only thing alive was Sofia's sobs filling the silence . Our bodies slowly rocking with Sofia's cries moving the bed .

I could no longer hold in the tears that escaped my eyes , it was unbareable , I hated seeing her cry . I hadn't cried since the day she left me , in fact this was the only time that I had ever really felt her pain . Silent tears rolled out of my eyes , they landed on the top of her head . I felt utterly and completly useless , I was the reason she was crying , again . I felt like shit . I needed to fix this , I wanted to fix us , I would not stop until I could call her mine again . The only reason I had ever broken up with her was so protect her , I knew that being with her would only hurt her , in ways I could never forgive my self for .

" I needed to protect you ", I said to her . Her sobs gradually died down , all she was doing now was quietly sniffing the reminders of her crying session .

" Oh Harry , my sweet curly Harry ", she said grasping my neck so that our eyes were leveld .

" I never . Ever . Stopped loving you ", she said looking at me straight in the eyes . I dropped my graze , un able to look at her .

" Look at me ", she said sternly with both of her hand cupping my cheeks . My tear filled eyes traced back to hers , it took me awhile to .

" I still love you ", she said .

" You were the only real thing I had that I could call mine , I understand that you wanted to protect me , I do Harry , I really do . I loved you with every single one of my waking minute , alright ? I think its best if we stay friends , just while my heart mends , please just understand me ", she spoke looking into my eyes . I gulped at the word ' Friend ' . Did she just friend-zone me ? I was afraid that if I said something , or that if I opened my mouth , I woud just make a fool of my self . So I just simply nodded . Her small smile warmed my heart .

She pressed her lips to mine once more before she got up . In less than five minutes she had her dress back on . I simply watched her pace around the room , her small feet leaving a sad trail that I would remember tomorrow . I pulled on sweat pants and followed her to the front door . We stood in front of each other , not speaking . Just taking in the thought that this could be the last time we would see each other .

" Bye Harry ", she sais reaching up and wrapping her arms around my neck . I burried my face in her neck , I had to prepare my self for the next moments that were to come .

" Will I see you again ? ", I asked her with a shaky breath .

" Maybe Styles ", she mumbled . I was left disapointed when she pulled away , her warmth leaving my body .

" I should go ", she said turning away from me . With ease she opened the front door , my heart pounded har against my chest . Go get her you fool ! , screamed my inner Romeo .

With in seconds she disappered from my life again . And all she left behind her was me .
