Sofia's POV

Have you ever had that the feeling where you stare at someone for a long period of time , and you feel like you can live without them ?
You feel like everything surrounds them in that moment .
Where it seems like the whole worls revolves around them ?
That you love them so much , it almost hurts ?
That even though you've been through hell and back , you still manage to feel unconditional love towards them ?
It's an inpacable feeling .
It feels like you would give your life for them right there and then .
It feels like they sustain you when you're broken , when you have no life inside you anymore .
They become your rock .
There was no explanation to explain what I felt for Harry , it was almost as if I was to try to explain I would just become speechless and stutter over uncoherent words that would make no sence to you or me . At this moment he was keeping me alive , not the doctors or the pain medication that made me drozzy .
It was him all along . My heart , my mind , my body all worked up against his strenght . I could no longer sustain life in me , I felt like an alien in my own body . All my body felt like it was trying to respond to the loss of a small life that once filled me up , only to tumble down with pain . But Harry , he was the reason I managed to get through the day , with out breaking down and crumbling in front of everyone . He kept me together , he glued my lifeless body together with his bare hands . Even as I layed here in this hospital bed with his next to me in a chair I could feel his complete and utter understandment . He too looked like he had been through hell and back . His green eyes were red and puffy , his hair was a mess , but he still managed to look angel like . Even in this horrible room light that made my skin looked extra pale .

" Harry ......"

I spoke quietly in his direction . His bowed head snapped up at my voice .

" Whats wrong ? "

He asked me coming closer with panicked eyes and a full awake expression .

" You look really tierd babe ..... You want to lay down ?"

I told him resting my hand ontop of his, while his tierd expression carefully watched my every movement .

" No , babe you need to rest ......"

He began . I was used to Harry's stubburn nature and his lack of letting me have my way , but he needed rest more than I needed it .

" Harry , please just for a little while ....I dont want you to pass out ...."

I told him tugging his hand towards me , his body would not budge at first , but then he finally gave up . His own body betraying him . Carefully he layed next to me , not wanting to move the small bed anymore than needed .His tierd body wrapped around mine like he always did . He took up most of the bed but I was used to that , at home it was the same thing , the moment his body touched mine he would wrap himself around me . I was sitting up while he slept next me , in almost seconds it became extremely hot . His body let out alot of heat , there had to be a thermometer around this room . I looked around to find the small vile thing in the corner . I tried to move only to have his arm around my waist tighten up at the loss of contact . With many failed attempts it was the last attempt that finally let me free from his grasp . Carefully I slide out without waking him . I starred at his sleeping body that filled the small bed . He barely fit , his feet hung out from the bed but he looked comfortable . His whole body relaxed , even his features were soften at the sleep he was now consuming . I let out a sign and placed a kiss on his forehead , he stirred alittle but then relaxed . I had been in bed for almost 2 days now so my legs wiggled as I walked out of the small room .The smell of medicine stung my nose , my legs led me to a hallway with many pictures of naked small babies . The place was quiet and peaceful as I wandered around . When I finally reached the place I had been hoping to find , my heart dropped .
It was the maternity ward was filled with sleeping babies that were peacefully sleeping . The pale room held many babies with diffrent colored hats to identify the sex of the babies . They were so small , so fragile . I was in complete curiosity that I didnt see the woman next to me . She looked up at me and smiled at me warmly , she looked to be a couple of years older than me .

" Arent they cute ? "

She spoke next to me , while she placed her hand on the glass that separated us .

" Yes , they are ....."

I spoke quietly .....

" I'm Haley "

She told me shaking my hand , her brown eyes looked at me happily .

" I'm a new mother ...I just had her a few days ago ....There she is ..."

She told me as she pointed to the baby in front of us . I smiled at her as we looked at the her baby . Notecing my curious gase she locked eyes with me .

" Do you want to hold her ? "

She asked me quietly . My wild eyes locked with hers too . Something about her trustfull eyes made me agree to hols the small defencless child . She led me into the room that held my most intimate nightmares . The cries of the small babies ringed in my ears , as we walked to her child . Not wanting to wake the other ones we moved quietly as we reached the child . With out hesitation she picked up the baby that was wrapped in many blankets . She soothed her quiet until she came to a small sign , with out even a worried glance she handed me the infant . At first my body reacted wierdly as the child stirred in my arms . But then something snapped in me . The small baby girl yaned cutely that caused my eyes to water . She was so small , so weak . Her small fetures soften as I touched her smooth face . My heart must of been pounding at a million miles as the child slept in my arms . Haley watched in awe as I rocked her child back and forth in my arms .

" Whats her name ? "

I asked after a moment of silence ....

" Nikky "

She told me proudly . My heart clenched as I heard her name . That was the name I wanted for my mini Harry .

" Which one is yours ?"

She asked me. My body froze . I was not prepared for this question . Nothing really preapred me for this question .

" I .....She .....She passed away ....."

I told her with a small forced smile . Haley's eyes widen at my answer , her hand flew to her mouth .

" I'm so sorry ...I didint know ...."

She rushed out quickly . Tears formed in her yes before she got her self together .

" Well .....I dont know you ...but I know that you were going to be a wonderfull mother ..."

Haley told me placing her hand ontop of mine . I was about to thank her , when I heard comosion coming from the hallway .

" What do you mean you havent seen her ?!!?"

Yelled a familiar voice that came closer and closer . Vast green eyes landed on mine though the mirror . Harry's eyes landed on me than trailed down to the sleeping child that I held . His features soften as he saw me smile at him with a teary smile . I thanked Haley with a warm hug and handed her Nikky carefully to her . Nikky cried after I let her go . My arms felt emty as the child that I held was now in her mothers arms . I walked out of the room and back into the hallway that held Harry . I walked over to him as he watched me . His eyes never left mine . For the first time in days I felt something , something that I knew would do me good . Hope .
Harry hugged me close , before he led me back into the room that I knew would hold painful memories ...
What Haley told me gave me strenght . She did not pitty me or felt sorry for me . She made me feel like the emptyness that was there , would not always be an empty space . It could be filled again . And thats what I needed . She have me a new found strenght that I had never felt , with that small words she told me would sustain me for months .
