Secret Sanctuary...

The Black Range Rover's headlights burned bright on the darkened small town streets. He cursed lightly as rain threatened to pour down. as he came up to the stop light he nervously adjusted his shirt once again, not knowing how it looked by now. As a last resort, He turned the radio on, immediately hearing his own voice. he shook his head but kept it on, feeling better with every classic word.

Clothes were thrown everywhere in the small room, nothing pleasing the two girls that stood looking in the mirror. She picked up a long disposed of shirt, sliding it over her head once again. she slid on a new pair of jeans, smiling at her finished look. Picking up a brush, she started the long process of doing her makeup. she smiled as she listened to her friend's rambling words.

*Harry's Pov*

i can't believe i'm really standing on her doorstep. god i've never been this nervous before. i knocked feeling my heart beat faster than ever before.

'calm down,' i tried to reason myself. 'you're the harry styles, she's only a girl.' i thought. i knew sadee wasn't just a girl, but i needed to calm down before i seemed creepy. i ran a hand through my hair as i turned to look toward the street.

"harry!" Gabby's voice startled me as i quickly looked her way. she must have picked up on my confusion as she said "you didn't think she'd actually invite you over to her house did you?" i nodded making her chuckle. "sadee doesn't even invite me and dawson over, and we've been friends since kindergarten."

"sounds lovely doesn't it?" her voice came from the doorway.

"come on it's true! no one has ever been to your house, like ever!"

"ready?" she chuckled walking down the drive. i nodded waving to gabby as i opened her door.

"ready for a nice dinner?" i smiled as the engine roared to life.

"why of course, so what is it then?"

"how does a picnic sound?"

"cold and dark" she chuckled lightly, 'god that sounds cute.'

"well then, too bad."

*Sadee's Pov*

as we pulled up to a dark clearing i sighed knowing it was going to be a long night.

"right this way," harry led me down a small path, that seemed to go on forever. soon we came to a place where he laid down a large blanket. as we sat down he popped right back up and rushed down the path. i cursed to myself as i stood back up. as i made it to my feet the clearing lit up suddenly. looking around i saw that Christmas lights had been strung through the trees. the clearing was absolutely beautiful, and this was just the beginning of a long night.

*Narration*

They sat enjoying each others presence and tranquility as they ate chips and fruit. She noticed how easy it was to get lost in his eyes and words. He noticed how lovely her mind was, even if she didn't always show it.

just as they became even more engrossed in each other a rumble came from the darkened sky. they rushed to gather everything up as they made it to the vehicle. before she made her escape from the rain and into the car, he grasped her waist. planting a passionate kiss under the rain, onto her flushed lips.
