[Rebecca's POV]

Lizzy was holding my hand as we were standing at my doorstep. My home. Well, my parents now I guess. It was early in the morning and Lizzy was so tired. I woudn't blame her, so was I. I had knocked a couple of times and I saw my parents room light go on.
I knocked once more, and then my mom opened the door.
"Rebecca?" she looked to my side. "Lizzy?"
"Mommy!" Lizzy smiled running to her leg.
My mom bent down and hugged her while looking up at me. "Why are you here at three in the morning?"
I rocked on the back of my feet. "Something happened." I sniffled.
"Rebecca, were you crying?" She asked standing up with Lizzy already falling asleep on her shoulder.
"I haven't stopped." I said with a lip quiver and my eyes watering.
"Oh, baby get over here." She said holding out her free arm. I ran right into it crying.
"Oh, baby." She cooed while stroking my head with her free hand. "What happened?"
"Your brother happened." I mumbled into her shoulder.
"What did Simon do?" She asked with sudden anger.
"My dream is gone mom. It's over." I cried.
"You're not making any sense." She said pulling me away.
I just had tears down my face. "Take your sister upstairs to bed, go into my room kick your dad out, and then take a bubble bath in my washroom. I'll be up there after I call Simon." She said kissing my head and handing me Lizzy.
I nodded and took Lizzy upstairs. I walked into her room and placed her on the bed kissing her forehead. "Night."
"Night night." She yawned and rolled over clutching her dog, max. Stuffed of course.
I smiled at the sight of her. I backed out of her room and went across the hallway into my dad and mom's room.
"Simon, who gave you the right?" I heard my mom's faint voice from downstairs.
I opened their bedroom door. I walked in and saw my dad move. "Dad?"
He rustled around and opened his eyes. "Becca?"
"Yeah," I said sitting on the bed across from him.
He sat up. "What's wrong?"
I let a tear slip. "Everything."
He pulled me into a hug and said. "It's going to be okay." he rubbed my back. Even though he didn't know anything.
My parents were always good when it came to comfort. "Mom told me to kick you out."
He fake gasped and pulled me away. "She did now?"
I nodded and tried not to smile. "Mother daughter talk?" He questioned.
I nodded.
He sighed dramatically and got up grabbing his pillow. "Now you see why I bought you that comfortable full size bed, don't you?" he smiled at me.
I giggled. "Ah, there it is." he winked.
"Goodnight, dad." I smiled through the tears.
He began to walk out, but turned around the last minute. "Oh, Becca?"
I turned facing him in the doorway. "If it has anything to do with that Harry kid, trust me from the moment he stepped into this house I promised myself i'd hurt him if he hurt you." He said.
"I love you, dad." I smiled.
"Love you too sweet heart, now listen to whatever your mom says. She's a smart lady." He smiled walking out of the room completely and into my room.
I giggled at my dad and got off of the bed and went into their bathroom. I started the bath and poured some bubbles in. Every time I need to talk to my mom she sends me in here no matter what time and makes me take a bubble bath. She say's is clears the mind. It works for me.
Once the bubbles had covered the water, I stripped down and stepped in. I sank down and started thinking.
How could they just do that to me? after everything. I mean, I was there for Harry through everything he needed for the past seven months. He couldn't let me have this one thing? What really throws me off is that he told me he cared about me. Going behind my back and agreeing to not let me go to my audition is not caring. It hurt worse that he had gone along with it.
And Louis... he was my best friend out there. He totally betrayed me along with the rest. How could he do that to me? Everyone knew how important this was to me. Everyone. Harry even said he'd go with me to the audition, what a joke. Also, why would my own uncle risk all this for some pop star? Why would he risk is own niece's dreams? That hurt too.
Now everything I had is gone.
My cheater of a boyfriend, my best friend, my dream. Gone.
"Sweetie?" My mom knocked on the door.
"Yeah." I sighed sinking move into the bubbles as she came in.
She took a breath. "Alright," she came to sit on the toilet beside the tub. "Simon told me everything."
I could tell she was mad.
I nodded. "He's catching the first flight here, so I can personally talk to him."
"Why? it's not like it's going to fix anything." I huffed.
"I don't care. It's was not right of him to do this to you." She said shaking her head. "I just can't believe him."
"That makes two of us." I said making a circle in the bubbles.
"Get out." She said standing up and grabbing a towel.
I crossed my legs. "Mom.."
She rolled her eyes. "Oh, come on. I gave birth to you. I've seen it all."
"That was eighteen years ago mom. A lot has changed." I said not moving.
She dropped her arms still holding the towel. "Like what?"
I crossed my arms over my boobs. "Well, i'm pretty sure I didn't come out with boobs."
She cracked a smile. "I've seen those too. Remember when you came running into my bedroom saying you needed a bra. You forgot your shirt and you--" I cut her off.
"Okay, okay enough. Just hold the towel and don't look." I said rushed.
She laughed and turned her head holding up the towel. I got up and stepped out wrapping the towel around me. She left and got me some of her pajama's. I waited. She came back in and handed me some underwear and a bra. I quickly changed as she left and got into her pajama's.
I came out of the bedroom and she patted the space beside her on the bed. "Tell me everything that happened."
I crawled up onto the bed and sat criss-crossed in front of her. "Where do you want me to start?"
"How you found out." She said giving me her full attention.
"Well, tonight was the boy's Madison Square Garden performance. Everything went great until we went to the venue for the show. I arrived to the venue with Anne, Harry's mom, and we walked in. Harry greeted us and everything was normal." I smiled. "I found out Ed Sheeran was their first act."
"Fast forward Rebecca." My mom laughed. "I know you and you could talk about that boy for ages."
I giggled. "Sorry, um, alright. A few minutes before the boy
s went on Harry pulled me over to the side and told me he cared about me. I didn't under stand until he went in for a kiss. Not a fake kiss, but like a real kiss."
She nodded.
"Louis interrupted us and we didn't kiss. So instead, right before Harry went on stage he ran back and kissed me in front of everyone backstage. It was nice." I blushed. I looked up and saw my mom smiling like a goon."Anyway, the concert went great and the girls and I ran backstage, so when they got off we would be the first to give them congratulations. As they exited off stage, I got a phone call. It was from London. I picked it up and Heather who works for the school said I didn't get accepted. I freaked and hung up. Everyone asked why I was getting watery eyed and then things unleashed." I said biting my lip.
My mom took my hand because I was picking at my nails. She held it. "I soon found out they knew about my audition being the 3rd. Niall then said something about having an agreement with Simon. I asked him what that was about and then Harry said it was for me to miss my audition and for me to support him for publicly at the concert." I felt my eyes water.
"What hurt me the most was the fact is he told me he cared about me, and I believed him. Also, Louis he knew everything about the school only having one audition too. He said he did it for Harry. That hurt mom." I cried.
"I know sweetie, did Harry say anything?" She asked.
I looked up at her. "Maybe."
"What did he say?" She asked.
"Just something about Simon telling him i'd be able to audition again or something, but that's not the point here." I said taking my hand away and laying down.
"Well, sweetie. To me it seems like Harry isn't at fault here." She said slowly.
"Mom, you're suppose to me on my side." I argued.
"Oh, I am, but Harry tried to tell you he didn't know anything. He thought you had another chance to audition. Did you ask him what he would have said if Simon said no?" She asked moving my hair from out of my eye.
"No.." I whispered.
"Rebecca, I think since he did tell you he cared he thought twice about his actions. Maybe Simon told him that, so he would agree. If I know my brother, he'll lie to get anything he wants." She said making a disappointed look into the air in front of her.
"But he lied right to my face, they all did. Not once did they ask or mention anything about the December 3rd date." I said wiping my face.
"What do you expect? they're teenage boys they don't know anything." She smiled.
"So, I shouldn't be mad at Harry. I should be mad at Simon?" I asked.
"I can't make that decision for you, what ever you have against Harry is between you two, but it seems to me it wasn't his fault this time." She said bending down and kissing my forehead. "more Louis', though."
"I hate it when you're right." I huffed.
"I love it." She smile and laid beside me. "Now get some rest, when Simon gets here tomorrow we'll talk to him."
I nodded and got under the covers.
I'm still mad a Louis, Harry not so much, but I still am.

*****************************************************morning**************************************************

I yawned as I woke up. I looked around and realized I was still in my mom's room. I sighed and got up. I started shuffling out the room and downstairs. As I reached the bottom step, I saw Lizzy and my dad playing in the living room.
I walked to the kitchen and saw my mom cooking breakfast. "Morning, mom."
"Morning, sweetie. how'd you sleep?" She asked pouring pancake batter.
"Okay, I guess." I shrugged getting a glass of orange juice.
"Simon will be arriving around noon, it's nine now." She said.
I nodded realizing she probably wasn't looking at me. "I'll be in the living room."
"Okay." She said.
I walked with my orange juice to the living room and sat on the couch criss-crossing my legs.
"How you doing kiddo?" My dad asked getting tackled by Lizzy.
I rolled my eyes playfully. "Dad i'm eighteen, i'm not a kid."
Lifting Lizzy up and plopping down next to me he said. "Your my kid, so you'll always be a kiddo to me."
I giggled. "Right."
"Ask Drew, I still call him kiddo." He said placing Lizzy in his lap.
"Okay, I will." I said. "When I see him next, I will."
My dad looked at his watch. "That'll be in about five minutes."
I shot my head to him. "Drew's coming?" I asked.
He nodded. "Him and Sarah."
I smiled. "Yes."
"You know normal brother and sisters can't stand each other." My dad said standing up.
I looked up at him. "Who said we're a normal family?"
He pointed at me. "Touche."
He then walked into the kitchen with Lizzy. It was really quite in the living room alone. I drank my juice peacefully and then my mom called me for breakfast, I went to the kitchen and we all sat down going to town with the food.
Shortly after, Drew an Sarah showed up and joined in with breakfast. Drew punched my shoulder and said he'd take care of uncle Simon when he came. I smiled and kept eating.
Once we were done with breakfast, I got dressed and came down.
"Rebecca, could you run to the store?" My dad asked.
"Sure." I said grabbing my bag.
He handed me a list and I walked out grabbing his keys. You see, i've got a license here, but I don't have one in London for me. I forgot it, but I don't like dirving in London anyway, so I just leave it here. I walked out and got in his car. I then drove to the nearest store to us, which was walmart. When I got there, I parked. I got out and walked into the store going to the food section.
Bread.
Okay, bread. I walked down the aisles and got the bread.
Cereal.
Alright, what kind of cereal? Oh well I'll just pick one. I walked out of the bread aisle and roamed the place. About two aisles down from the cereal, I ran into someone I did not need to see right now.
"Becca?" Reese asked stopping. "You're back?"
I ignored him and kept walking. "Becca," he said catching my shoulder and turning me around.
"Leave me alone, Reese." I said getting out of his grip.
He grinned. "I actually wanted to ask if you were okay." I looked at him confused. "I saw the airport pictures where you were crying. What? did the rocker boyfriend find out who you really are and then dump you?"
I rolled my eyes. "It's none of your business." I said turning around and walking down the aisle.
I was picking out some coco puffs when he showed up again. I slightly groaned. "Becca, just tell me. Did he finally think right?"
"Reese you don't know shit." I spat going to the eggs which were the last item I had.
"Oh, since when did you stick up for yourself?" he laughed.
"Since some douche named Reese cheated on me, with my best friend." I nearly yelled walking right to the eggs.
"I didn't cheat on you with her." He said.
I turned around with my eggs. "When did you get with her then?"
He just looked at me. "That's what I thought."
"Whatever, just wanted to see if you okay." He rolled his eyes.
"I'm sure." I said walking past him and to the check out.
Luckily he didn't follow. I didn't realize how much I actually did hate him. I quickly paid and went to the car. I got in and drove home. Five minutes later I arrived and got out with the grocery's. Once I got into the house, I heard some arguing. I placed the food down and went towards the noise.
Lizzy ran past me and up the stairs. Sarah followed right behind her. "You should get in there."
I knitted my eyebrows and went into the living room. My mom was yelling at Simon. It's noon already? dang. Drew saw me and gave me a sympathetic look.
"Simon how could you do this to my daughter?" My mom yelled.
"It was for the publicly, Jen." He argued back.
I got anger in me. "You promised."
Everyone turned to me. "You promised if I did this for you, I would be able to make my audition."
"Bec, things change." Simon said walking to me.
I backed away. "You promised and now it's all over."
"Bec, i'm sorry." He sighed.
"No you're not. I want out, I want out of this entire thing." I yelled.
"You can't you have a contract." He said.
I went right up to him. "Simon, things change."
He looked taken back.
"That's my baby." My mom silently cheered.
He closed his eyes. "What about Harry's image?"
"To hell with his image." I cursed. I received a not so nice look from my father.
"He needs you." He said.
"Yeah, and I needed that audition. Guess we both can't get what we need, huh?" I spit.
"Rebecca, please don't do this." He pleaded.
"You already did this. What did you think would happen once I found out about this? forget it and jump into Harry's arms pretending we're the happiest couple ever? no. I'm done with everything." I breathed.

"I was hoping you'd be reasonable." He shrugged.

"Reasonable? are you kidding me?" I yelled.
"Simon, you better do this." Drew warned. "You took away my sister's dream. It's the least you could do."
Simon looked at me and then down at the ground. "Fine."
"Thank you." I said quietly. "Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to my room."
They nodded and I walked out.
At least now I won't have to pretend anymore.
At least now something good is happening.

*************************************2 day's later********************************************************

[Harry's POV]
"Harry quit sulking." Louis sighed through the phone.
"I'm sorry, Lou. It's just everything is falling apart in my life." I said plopping down on my couch.
"I know and i'm sorry I can't be there, me and El--" I cut him off.
"I know, I know are on vacation together. I got it." I rolled my eyes.
"Harry, just don't do anything stupid while i'm away." Louis said.
"I won't." I said.
"You have to promise me, remember on the flight here?" He said.
"I didn't do anything." I said.
"Harry," he paused. "you kept asking the air attendant for alcohol."
"Because she wouldn't give me any." I complained.
"Mate, it's an airplane. She wasn't going to give you any. Plus, I might have said not too." He mumbled.
"Louis!" I shouted.
"Harry, I know how you get and after Rebecca leaving, I wasn't going to risk it." He said.
"Louis, how many times do I have to tell you, I'm done with her." I said for the millionth time.
Maybe when you believe it yourself.
"Tell that to when your sleeping and you keep saying her name." Louis laughed.
"Stop, go back to Eleanr." I said.
"Alright, but promise me you won't do anything stupid." He said.
"Promise Lou." I sighed.
"Alright, bye." He said and hung up.
I threw my phone to the side. It has been an awful two days. I haven't heard or seen Rebecca at all. I know I said I was done with her, but my mind keeps bringing her up and I can't take it. I need something right now that I know will always be there for me.
I looked at my watch. 7 pm. Perfect. I got up and grabbed my coat.
Time for a drink.
