HARRY'S P.O.V

During breakfast it was quiet, I kept finding myself looking at Nikki. Studying her features, she had a bruise under her eye that she looked like she was trying to hide. Her beautiful green eyes looked completely lost. She seemed so scared, almost like she thought I was going to hit her when she spilled the juice on me

"Are you not hungry sweetie" I heard, I looked up to see my mum looking at Nikki and her pancake that she had only taken a few bites of

"oh umm...I dont know....still kinda sick to my stomach" she said, mum frowned and I stood up, I brought my plate to the kitchen and rinsed it in the sink

"im going to go shower and then head into town" I said

"ok, robin and I are going to go grocery shopping, whatever you guys need write it down on the paper" mum said, I nodded and looked at my sister

"Im going with you guys" Gemma said "I need to get some stuff for the summer" she added, I looked over at Nikki

"What about you? you going to go with them, stay here or go with me" i asked, she looked up a little stunned

"you should go with Harry, he is going into town, you can kind of get a feel for everything" mum said

"oh umm...ok" she said getting up

"dont worry about it sweetie, go get ready"

"ok" Nikki said with a slight smile, I smiled and walked up the stairs. As I got ready I couldn't help but wonder what happened to her for her to be so scared of everything, even her own shadow. After I got out of the shower I headed downstairs to realize everyone had left, I looked out the window and saw Nikki sitting by the pool. She looked beautiful, I smiled and walked out, she jumped up and I chuckled lightly

"ready" I asked

"ya"

"you dont have to be scared of me, I promise you im not going to hurt you" I told her, she sighed and ran a hand through her hair

"im sorry"

"its ok, I just need you to know that no matter what happened back where you are from....its not going to happen here, you have us now and whenever you are ready to talk about everything.....we will be there for you" I told her as she got into the range rover, she looked down at me and our eyes met, making a feeling start in my gut

"thank you harry" she said, I smiled and winked at her as i closed the door and walked around to the drivers seat.
