It’s been a week since the twins have been born and I haven’t gotten any sleep in well a week. Today the lads have an interview and Harry wants me, the twins, and Kayla to come with him since the other girls will be there also. When I got out of bed Harry was still asleep so I went and checked on the twins. I walked over to Haleigh’s crib and saw that she was still asleep and then I walked over to Colton’s and he was staring at me so I picked him up and brought him down stairs with me. I turned on the TV and then sat down on the couch and held Colton.
“Hi baby boy. You probably won’t understand anything that I’m about to say.” I said laughing to myself. “I love you and won’t let anyone hurt you. You are my baby boy. I know you’ll protect Haleigh no matter what I also know you will annoy Kayla but she will love you. Even though daddy may be across the world at times he will always love me, you, and your sisters. You have 4 crazy uncles who love you and you have 5 awesome aunts. One is daddy’s sister.” I said smiling down at him.
“What are you doing up? I could have gotten him” Harry said coming and sitting next to me.
“He wasn’t crying. I was awake anyway and I went and checked on them and he was up so I brought him down here with me.” I replied. Harry nodded his head then went and got us a blanket to share.
“Oh ok. Babe if they ask for you, Kayla, Haleigh, and Colton to come on with us would you?” Harry asked looking at me.
“Some fans already don’t like me so I don’t think flaunting our family in front of them will help.” I said looking down at Colton who began to fuss.
“Why do you care what they think? As long as you and the kids are happy I am also.” Harry said kissing the top of my head.
“I know.” I replied looking up at him.
“So will you?” Harry asked me. I thought about it and then answered.
“Yea but if we go on you’ll have twin duty tonight.” I said seriously. He nodded his head smiling.
“Deal also don’t forget tonight the girls and lads are coming over for our Christmas together.” Harry said turning the channel.
“We haven’t even finished buying their gifts. We still have Louis, Kaitlin, Zayn, and Jessie to shop for.” I said putting Colton in the bassinet that we have in the living room since he fell asleep.
“Well looks like we will be shopping after the interview. So we’ll drive a separate car then the others.” Harry said pulling me closer to him. I nodded my head then rested it on his shoulder. We sat there like that for an hour before both the girls woke up. Kayla walked down stairs as Harry walked upstairs and sat on my lap and cuddled into me.
“Good morning bug.” I said kissing the top of her head.
“Good morning mommy.” She said smiling. Harry came down with Haleigh in his arms and sat back down next to me.
“Hi bug-a-boo” Harry said kissing the top of her head making her giggle.
“Hi silly daddy.” Kayla said.
“We should really start getting ready now.” I said looking at the time. We had to be at the station in 2 and a half hours and now since there are 5 of us in the house it takes longer to get ready.
“Ok I’ll go shower really quickly.” Harry said kissing each of the kids on the top of their heads and when he came to me he tried to kiss me on the lips but I blocked it with my hands.
“What was that for?” Harry asked confused.
“I have morning breathe.” I replied. Harry began to laugh.
“I have to deal with it for the rest of our lives so might as well get used to it. Now kiss me women!” Harry demanded puckering up. I laughed then kissed him. As Harry walked up stairs I picked Colton up along with Haleigh walked upstairs with Kayla in front of me. I walked to the twins’ room and put them in their cribs so I could go pick out something for Kayla to wear. Once I picked it out I helped her change and then went down stairs and turned on the TV for her while she sat on the couch. I then walked into the kitchen and took out two already made bottles and place them in hot water to warm them up and then I got out a bowl and the box of lucky charms for Kayla. I poured the cereal into the bowl then brought it to her. She hates having milk with her cereal. I then walked up stairs to the twin’s room and went to their closet and picked outfits for both of them. I took Haleigh out of her crib them turned on the radio that’s in their room and walked to one of the changing tables. “Just The Way You Are” by Bruno Mars was on and I began to sing along. I then started to hear a third voice singing also and looked in the door way and saw Harry standing there singing to me smiling. I smiled back then we walked over to me and wrapped his arms around my waist and rested his head on my shoulder.
“This song reminds me of you.” Harry whispered in my ear. That sent shivers down my spine and made me smile.
“Really?” I asked handing him Haleigh’s old diaper to throw away in the diaper thing we have in the room.
“Yea.” He said after throwing away the diaper and picking Colton up and changing him. I picked Haleigh up and left Harry to finish getting Colton ready. I walked to the kitchen to check if their bottles were ready, which they were. I took the pink one out and walked in the living room and sat next to Kayla who almost finished her cereal. I began to feed Haleigh.
“Mommy do you like Haleigh better than you like me?” Kayla asked still looking at the TV.
“No bug I like you both very very very much. What made you ask that?” I asked her. She wither ignored me or didn’t hear me because she didn’t answer. Harry walked down with Colton and I told him that there was a bottle ready in the kitchen for Colton. Harry nodded his head then went and got it and came back and began to feed him. Once Haleigh was done I put her in the bassinet and go upstairs and shower. When I was done I got dressed and looked at the clock and saw that we had to be there in half an hour for Harry to get his hair done so we had to leave now. I grabbed every one’s coats form the closet then walked into the living room to see Harry and Kayla making funny faces and Colton. I took a picture and tweeted it.

I then put my phone away and walked so they could see me.
“Guys we have to leave like now! Is the double stroller in the trunk?” I asked Harry as I put Haleigh’s coat on and he put Colton’s on as Kayla was putting hers on.
“Yea babe.” Harry said zipping his coat up and placing him in his carrier I did the same with Haleigh and put my coat on. When Harry had his coat on we could leave. When we got there we were lead to their dressing room. Before we walked into the room the producer stopped and asked if the kids and I would come on. I looked at Harry ad he slightly nodded his head.
“Yes we will.” I said. The producer walked away as we opened the door. We walked in and saw all the other lads and girls sitting and talking. When they noticed we walked in they all came and almost tackled Harry and I to get at the twins. Louis took Haleigh and Liam took Colton. Kayla sat on Zayn’s lap and they were having a very intense conversation. We sat around until it was time for the lads to go on stage for the interview. Jessie and Kirsten held Colton and Haleigh while I held Kayla.
“Hello and we are back with boy band One Direction.” The interviewer said. All the lads waved.
“So boys I hear you will be going on tour in a little less than three months.” The interviewer said leaning towards Harry. She was close enough so that if he wanted to look down her shirt he could, and he did. Louis saw it and looked at me and gave me a sympathy look then he turned back to look at the interviewer. I was slightly pissed.
“Yes we do. First we’re touring the UK and then going to the States.” Harry said placing his hand on her thigh and he left it there. This really pissed me off.
“Will you be taking your girlfriends with you?” She asked.
“Well I know Liam, Zayn, Niall, and I will be.” Louis said answering. The interviewer rolled her eyes then looked back at Harry.
“I won’t be bringing Chai or the twins with me but I may take Kayla.” Harry said. The smile on the interviewer’s face went away a little.
“Oh yes you’re wife and kids. How are they?” she asked with disgust. Harry smiled at me but I didn’t smile back.
“Well they are here so why don’t you ask them? Come on up guys.” Louis said as he and Liam came and took the twins from Jessie and Kirsten. I walked on stage with Kayla in my arms and sat down next to Harry with Kayla in my lap. We sat there for the remainder of the interview and she ignored us the whole time. When it was over she hugged Harry but not the others and gave Harry her number and told him to call her. He said he would and then we walked off the set. When we got in the dressing room Harry tried to hug and kiss me but I pushed him away.
“What’s wrong?” Harry asked. I rolled my eyes and sat down without answering him. He looked at the others for help but they ignored him also.
“Someone tell me why the fu** my wife won’t let me hug her or kiss her, and why she isn’t speaking to me.” Harry shouted making the twins cry.
“Great.” I huffed standing up and grabbing Haleigh while Louis picked Colton up and we walked into the hallway.
“Why Louis?” I asked once we were in the hallway and began to walk.
“I don’t know, but what I do know is that he loves you and your kids.” Louis said hugging me.
“I know Lou but it just bugs me.” I replied.
“I know…You guys can talk about it later right now I know that you guys need to go Christmas shopping for yours truly.” Lou said laughing. I laughed also.
“Ok Lou. Lets go back.” I said.
“Things will get better I promise! Just think about how much fun we all will have tonight.” Louis said as we walked in. I sat down next to Harry and kissed his cheek.
“Are you ok? Why are you mad at me?” Harry asked as I handed Haleigh to Liam. I hugged him.
“I’ll tell you later. Right now you me and the kiddos have to go shopping.” I said standing up. Harry stood up also and took Colton from Zayn and I took Haleigh from Liam. We walked to the car and put the kids in. Harry and I then got in. Harry drove the car in silence……
