Two months later, Harry was sitting in his uncle’s lawyer office. He was leaving later that week for a business trip. It had been ages since he went on one, he had tried to bond more with Aria and also to figure out his relationship with his wife. He cherished every single moments that they shared together as a family.He had told his secretary to cancel every appointments, he had on that day.
“Your uncle left a supplement to his will.” Harry said nothing, waiting for the lawyer to continue.
“Your uncle instructed me to wait until just before your 25th birthday before revealing the other addition to you,” the lawyer said, looking very uncomfortable with harry’s expression.
“Go on.”
“Your uncle was concerned that you would marry in haste in order to get his voting shares options. As you did,” he added. “But he did not wish for you to be with a woman for three years if you were unhappy.”
Harry shook his head. “Robert, I don’t understand,” he stated. “He was the one who put the three years’ time commitment to begin with.”
“He did that do that you would commit and hopefully choose a woman that you could possibly have a future with. He was afraid that if he’d given you a year commitment, you wouldn’t put any time into the decision, but you would have chosen any woman.”
Harry was silent for a moment before asking, “So what the supplement?”
“That you can end your marriage in a year and there would be no penalty.”
Harry leaned forward, spearing Robert with a sharp look, “Say that again.”
“It means that you can divorce Mel at the end of this year, before you turn 25and you get to keep everything from his estates to the voting shares options.”
“Is there a time limit on this decision?”
Robert shook his head slowly. “Not at all, your uncle just was you to make the right decision now that it up to you.”
“I see and I don’t have to marry another again or go through with this same process again?” he asked.
“No you don’t, Harry. Your uncle just wanted to push you in what he called the right direction.”
Harry laughed without humour. “The right direction, huh does that mean I can terminate this marriage.”
“Yes.”
“And nothing will change.”
“No except for you being a divorced man, but however...”
Harry grimaced. “However what, Robert?”
“His will states that if you stay together with Mel and decided to have a family, his other remainder of his internationally estates would be your to keep.”
“If we have a family,” harry repeated.
“Yes.”
“I see.” Harry was silent for a good long while before saying slowly, “Robert, I already have a family and a daughter with Rose. I don’t want his remainder estates. Whether Rose and I stay together or split up, or whether we have our own biological children- none of that would be dictated by my dead uncle. So the remainder of his estates draw up the legal papers and shared them among the family.”
“Are you sure, Harry?”
“Quite sure, I wished to retain his voting rights for my own company’s sake.”
“Very well. I would draw the legal papers and shared the rest among the family members.”
Harry shook his head slowly. “Thanks, and let’s keep this between us for now. I’m not yet sure how all this will play out. And I need time to thinks about it and also time to talk to Rose.”
“Talk to Rose? But...”
“She’s my wife, Robert. This affects her and our daughter.”
“Take all the time you need, Harry. And just let me know on what you have decided.”
Standing, Harry reached out his hand to shake Robert’s hand. “Thank for taking the time, Robert. And please send my greeting to your wife.”

Robert POV
Robert know that Harrison, Harry’s uncle was controlling the lives of two people, one whom was completely in the dark, and he was uncomfortable with it but it was his job to informed Harry. Who wasn’t pleased about his uncle’s will? He has felt every anger coming from Harry. Robert was even surprised at Harry’s statement. He knew Harry well, even when he was a kid and he was accustomed to taking charge in all situations, but talking to his wife? A wife he’d met and married in a matter of days as a business decision? This was unheard of even for Harry. Robert watched as Harry left his office. It was the first time Harry had ever mentioned or sent greetings to his wife. Maybe this marriage had really changed him.
