Chapter Eleven
Can’t he just take no for an answer! I guess not
“Come on Mia. Let’s go” Harry said sending a smirk at me. I was slightly confused by what he said and he noticed that.
“Remember… you were coming over to my house for homework…” He lied. In front of my mother!
“Go on.. I’ll be fine” My mum smiled at me and walked back to the couch.
I sent Harry an angry look but he just grinned. I put on my boots, grabbed my bag and walked out the door. I don’t even know why I agreed.
“Hey babe” Harry said looking my direction. I just ignored him walked ahead of him. I walked over to his car and waited for him to unlock it. Once he did he opened the door for me and I entered.
“Did you miss me?” He bit his lips. Something about that made me stare at his lips. Oh no… I quickly brought my eyes to meet his and found him smirking. I had just been caught.
I looked out the window the whole ride. Harry kept on talking about something but I just pretended to ignore him. But I heard every single word he said.
“Here we are!” He said hoping out of the car to my side. Starbucks? I thought we were going to his house.
He opened the door and helped met step out. I declined and got out myself. We entered Starbucks and the nice aroma of fresh coffee hit me. I loved Starbucks.
Harry and I ordered some coffee. I did take me a while to give in my I finally did. We sat down on a table next to the window.
“You’re gonna ignore me the whole time are you” He asked. I knew that he found it quite amusing.
I just glared at him.
“Sorry but you said no”
“Exactly I said no” I snapped
“Feisty are we” He smirked again.
“Harry please stop with your comments” I pleaded
“Why I know you like it” I totally didn’t like it. Did I?.
“Ok, ok. I’ll stop. So you still wanna know about me?” He sipped his coffee. I nodded.
“I have a sister, mum and stepdad, which I speak to quite often. I come from Homes Chapel. I also have some friends there. I do keep in touch with my real dad. I love animals and yeah there’s nothing much to know about me. Apart that I can make girls fall for me with just one wink.” He winked.
“Well not me” I took some of my nearly finished coffee.
“Don’t worry babe… you just take time.” He put his hand on my thigh going higher until I slapped his hand away.
“What do you say we go to my place” He suggested.
“No thank you” I politely declined. But he doesn’t take no for an answer.
“Come on babe, it’ll be fun” He insisted. Before I could do anything I found myself nodding.
