Fame

“I see you've met my mum” Harry smiled, still embraced in his mother's arms.
“She's been sat here with me for nearly the whole concert and didn't even know I was your mum until just now” she laughed, making Harry and I laugh too.
“Well let me formally introduce you two. Jess this is my wonderful mum Anne” Harry began, giving her a tight squeeze hug before letting go of her and wrapping his arms around me, “and mum this is my amazing and beautiful girlfriend Jessica” he finished, kissing my cheek lightly.
“Lovely to finally meet you Jessica” she smiled before giving me a hug herself.
“Wait Jess, this is my older sister Gemma” Harry said, calling the girl that had been talking to Anne and I over.
“Hi Jessica, nice to be properly introduced to you” Gemma said, giving me a hug after punching Harry in the arm.
“My dad should be here somewhere, we'll look for him in a few minutes” Harry said, glancing around the room.

“Well, it's been an absolute pleasure to meet you Jessica” Anne said, giving me a goodbye hug as we were all standing outside the venue, ready to leave.
“I'm so happy I finally met you” I replied, returning the hug.
“I mentioned to Harry earlier, would you two like to come to dinner tomorrow at our house?” she asked.
“Of course I'd love to! Thank you” I smiled back.
I was actually pretty excited to see where Harry had grown up. We might even stop in the bakery he worked in just because who knows when the next time we'll be back in Holmes Chapel.
“Bye Jess, see you tomorrow” Gemma said, giving me a hug before her and Anne walked off to their car that was parked nearby. They really are such a sweet family.

I noticed Harry looking at me, and as soon as I caught his gaze, he motioned with his hand for me to go over to him. As I approached him, I noticed he was standing beside an oldish man, he was quite big and didn't have a huge amount of hair. I immediately saw how similar he and Harry looked.
“Jess, I'd like you to meet my dad, Des” Harry said, patting his dad on the back.
“Oh Jessica! I'm so happy to meet the girl who's stolen my son's heart” Des said, wrapping his arms around me in a big bear hug.
“I'm so happy to meet you too” I replied.
After chatting with Harry and Des for a little while, Des decided to depart and head home. He was just as lovely and polite as Harry. He bid our farewells and said we'd see him tomorrow night at the next concert.

“Why do you never talk about your family? I mean, I know that time we first met and went for a walk on the beach you told me a little bit about them, but you never really talk about them” I said to Harry, as we walked hand in hand back into the concert venue to fetch my handbag that I had forgotten inside.
“I don't know really. I didn't think you'd be interested in hearing about them” he laughed at himself, as he hung our linked hands back and forth.
“Of course I'd be interested in hearing about them! I told your mom we'd come to dinner tomorrow by the way” I said.
“Oh yeah, I was meant to ask you if you wanted to before they left” he remembered.
“If your family are willing to spend time with me and get to know me then I wouldn't miss it for the world” I smiled up at him.
He let go of my hand and wrapped his arms around my waist from behind.
“How did I manage to find the most perfect girl in the whole universe” he said quietly into my ear and he kissed my cheek. I turned my head slightly to look at him, about to reply, but he stopped me by crashing his soft lips onto mine.
