Chapter 2
we were still in the car we were going to be arriving to the penthouse any minute now and it was going to be crazy Louis said. My hands started shaking and my foot tapping. I needed a smoke. I reached into my pocket and took a cigar out of the pack in my pocket. I took the lighter out from my other pocket. ok maybe I have an obsession but I don't care it helped me. I was about to light it when Louis inturupted me. You know he does that a lot.
"Sorry kaitlyn we don't allow smoking" he said glancing back and forth from the rear view mirror.
"if your going to be living with us you need to obey our rules" he continued "paul can you please take it?" I looked at the security man next to me. he held out his hand.
"woah if your thinking your going to take my cigars another things coming towards you." I threatened but paul ignored me with a eye roll and took the cigar I shoved the lighter in my pocket. he threw it out the window. I gasped he's paying for that.
"were here" Eleanor said the car stopped and every one climbed out. Paul put hes hand on my back probably making sure I don't run away. But he was crazy there were crazy girls a photographers on each side.
"Eleanor I beat you always wanted a child you well be a great Mother" a man said I walked past him and hit he's camera on the ground
"she's not my mother you bastard" I said to him he bent down and claimed hes camera.
"your going to regret that little girl" he said standing up.
"I Doubt it" I was about to lunge when paul grabbed me. Louis came over to me and grabbed my arm pulling me in the lobby away from the chaos outside.
"well talk about that when we get to the pent house" Louis said I was about to gulp but I fought it off I wasn't going to show him I was weak. And any ways what is there to talk about there not my parents never well be. we walked down the hallway Eleanor opened the door we all stepped inside except paul who waited out side.
"look we need to set ground rules-" Louis started
"I couldn't agree more" I said
"first no smoking or drinking.
Second no leaving without security or me Eleanor or the boys
third treat the fans and Paps. with respect along with the boys me and Eleanor" Louis said
"what the hell no! Your not my father you cant tell me when I cant go out or that I cant drink or smoke!" I shouted my protests
"Look we may not be your birth parents but were responsible for you! Were trying to help you kaitlyn but you have to obey our rules for us to do that!" Louis shouted
"LOUIS!" Eleanor shouted
"NO YOUR NOT MY BIRTH PARENTS SO YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO PUT ME UNDER THESE RULES! AND STOP LOOKING AT ME FULL OF PITTY BECAUSE NEWS FLASH I LASTED 17 YEARS BY MESELF! AND I DONT NEED YOUR PITTY TO GET ME THROUGH ANOTHER!" I shouted
"Kaitlyn!" Eleanor shouted.
"You know what I rather life on the damn Streets then with two stuck up people that think they have seen the worse of life when they haven't!" I shouted Louis eyes were angry with a slight hint of pitty. Eleanor gasped. I Picked up my duffle bag and slung it around my shoulder I walked away neither of them stopped me. I picked a room in the far corner of the house I walked in and turned on the lights. I slammed my door shut and locked it. This must have been the guest room. It was huge. There was a balcony looking out over London. Queen Sized bed flat screen closet and Bathroom. I looked through my duffel bag and grabbed Keiths Basket ball shorts and he's shirt. Hope he didn't mind I took them I found a towel and grabbed it. I walked into the bathroom and turned on the shower. I looked in the mirror I looked horrible. my hair tangled my hands were shaking uncontrolably. I stepped in the shower the warm water running down my back. I never had warm water never knew what it felt like. It felt relaxing After I was done I dried off and changed into Keiths clothes smelt just like him. I noticed a Phone on the Desk next to the bed. I Picked it up and dialed the Orphanages number.
"hello?" It was Aunties voice
"auntie its me kaitlyn is Keith there?"
"um yah one second he's in the kitchen" I walked over to the balcony and opened the sliding glass door open I sat on the balcony floor.
"hello?" keith's voice came on
"keith!"I shouted he laughed through the phone
" How's paradise ms.kaitlyn how's being Famous?" he asked I rolled my eyes
"I have only been gone for two hours and its hell! they told me I couldn't smoke! and I have been gone for two hours im not famous" I said he chuckled
"I beg a differ your all over the telly!" he shouted great. That's all I need. Mark the Sarcasm.
"hey have you seen my basketball shorts and shirt?" he asked I looked down at my clothes and laughed
"you can say that" I said I could sense him rolling he's eyes on the other end .
"DONT ROLL YOUR EYES MISTER!" I Shouted into the phone he laughed we stayed quiet I loved this boy. He was my best friend. I missed him already I Knew I had to get back to him.
"look kaitlyn I got to go."
"keith i'm coming back for you I cant life with out you I-" the line went dead
"Promise" I said out loud I sighed and stood up I turned to open my glass door. I screamed seeing Eleanor standing there I put my hand to my chest.
"my god what's wrong with your hands!" she shouted I realized they were still shaking
'nothing" I said walking past her I put the phone back.
"can we talk?" she asked
"do I have I choice?" I asked sarcastically she laughed
"no guess not" she sighed " kaitlyn were trying to help you not Replace your Parents the rules as stupid as they may sound well help you" she said now it was my turn to laugh
"yah sure " I said
"look you don't have clothes I well take you shopping tomorrow Morning and well go to lunch with the boys sound like a Plan?" she asked
"do I have a cho-' I began
"Choice? Yes kaitlyn you do you don't have to come" she said that caught me off guard I looked into her eyes she was dead serious I couldn't see pitty in them. I sighed
"I guess" I replied she smiled " ok get some rest for tomorrow I well talk to Louis well figure something out" she said she started walking towards the door
'wait! how did you get in?" I asked rembering I locked the door
"me and Louis have keys too all the rooms" she said and walked out. Great. Just absolutely perfect. Sarcasm intended. Now what was I supposed to do? wait the rules. If I break all of them im sure Louis well bring me back. I know the perfect time and place to.
tomorrow with Eleanor.perfect.
