Fear

Chapter Six

I was walking home with Diamond, Chanel, and Alex. We were talking about a movie that we coincidently had all seen. Alex was doing his best to trip Diamond and had succeeded too many times.

"I'm gonna kill him! I'm gonna finish him like a cheesecake!" Alex and I laughed at the movie line together.

"Funniest movie I've seen in a while," Diamond laughed.

We had finally calmed down when Diamond hugged us and walked away to her house. Soon after, Alex walked into his, too.

Chanel was telling me about all of her new friends she had met and even boys that had caught her eye.

"He even smiled at me, like twice," she expressed grinning.

She held onto my arm which I had no problem with. Our arms were always interlocked together at some point.

"Dear, Lord," she stopped walking and smiling all together.

It was like she saw her own death flash before her eyes in full detail.

"Wha-" I didn't finish talking before I noticed where she was looking.

There on my porch was Harry Styles, pacing on my steps, biting his lip in full nervousness.

~Chanel P.O.V~

"I'll give you some privacy," I mumbled.

I walked past Harry and opened the door slowly, just to hear how Kirsten would start the conversation. I kept my ear to the door and heard nothing.

"Dammit," I cursed.

I looked through peephole but couldn't make anything out clearly. I tried the window beside the door. Kirsten was listening to Harry and had a pissed look on her face. He looked sincerely sorry, but I knew Kirsten wasn't having any of that.

She rolled her eyes and they floated to the side of the door. She squinted her eyes and ran the tips of her fingers across her throat without actually touching her throat. Her signal was to leave the window and stop eavesdropping on her and Harry.

I pouted and sighed before dropping the curtains back over the window. Before I could walk away to go upstairs, a boy walked out of our kitchen.

"Well, hello," I flirted.

He smiled at me showing his perfectly white teeth. It was only a plus that they were amazingly straight.

"Hey," he nodded his head.

Before the conversation continued, Johnny walked from the kitchen, also.

"Flirting with my sister, mate?" He asked sarcastically.

"Never. Not my type anyway," he replied smiling at Johnny.

"Umm, rude," I told the mysterious boy.

He just laughed. But he stopped immediately when I flicked him off.

"Where's Kirsten?" Johnny asked curiously.

"She's here," I shrugged.

I opened the door believing that Harry had left and Kirsten was just taking a breath outside. But when I opened the door, it was Kirsten and Harry. Making out, roughly. Harry's hands were gripping her bum. Her hands were tightly entwined into his hair.

As quick as I had opened the door, I closed it.

"Actually," I started pointing at the roof with my index finger.

"I think she went to the bakery up the street," I nodded in pretend remembrance.

"Cool. We were just about to leave," he walked to the door.

"NO!" I shouted.

They looked at me shocked. I was always loud, but not startling loud.

"I mean, hold on," I stuttered.

I knocked on the door and looked through the window from before. Kirsten was looking at me while her hands were still behind his head. He still gripped her arse tightly and kissed her neck.

"Johnny. Johnny!" I mouthed urgently.

She understood and talked to Harry quickly. He nodded sadly but understandingly and kissed her cheek before running off to his black car. It was on the other side of the road. Probably why we didn't notice him at first.

I smiled at Johnny falsely. He walked to the door again mumbling a "whatever" under his breath. He pushed past me and opened the door. I squinted my eyes in fear of what he would see.

The door revealed Kirsten walking up the porch steps. She was pretending to just get here. She was slightly smiling and Johnny looked at her suspiciously.

"Hey, Johnny boy," Kirsten smiled at her old nickname for Johnny.

"Hey, Kirstie Alley," he said referring to her old nickname.

The look on her face showed she dreaded the name.

"Well, me and Drew are leaving. We'll be back in about an hour or so. Give or take a few minutes," he murmured.

He kissed my cheek and then hers and walked away before turning around. I had already walked into the house with Kirsten when he called her over.

"You smell weird?" He questioned.

"Gee, thanks," she replied sarcastically.

"Were you talking to a boy? I smell cologne."

"I just smell that good," she answered before grabbing my hand securely and running up the stairs as fast as we could go together.

~Kirsten P.O.V~ 10 minutes earlier

I walked up to Harry when the door had closed. I crossed my arms sassily. I hadn't forget what had happened today.

"Look, I'm sorry for what I said and for gripping your arm like that," he apologised.

I hummed in appreciation. I didn't really want I talk to him.

"I'm not your Playboy doll. You need to get that through your head," I rolled my eyes.

My eyes went to the window when I rolled them and I saw small eyes peering at me. I squinted my eyes and ran the tips of my fingers across my throat without actually touching my throat.

Chanel pouted before closing the curtains.

"But I don't apologise for kissing you," he grabbed my hands.

He grinned cheekily at me, his dimples showing prominently.

I bit my lip to keep from smiling. But it made its way onto my face. I could feel my cheeks expanding and a giggle finding its way out.

"You are so beautiful," he grinned at me cheekily.

He wrapped his arms around my waist securely and I interlaced my arms around his neck.

"Why can't I hold you like this all the time?" He asked rhetorically, but grinning.

He leaned into me slowly and pressed his forehead to mine gently. He gave me a small kiss on the corner of my lips to see if I would pull away.

He kissed my lips roughly, moving his lips faster than any boy had done with me. He grasped my face with his left hand at first. I bit his bottom lip softly, waiting for a reaction. He moaned at my dominance. He licked my bottom lip and squeezed my bum harshly. My mouth opened for him, letting his tongue work with mine. Our lips attacked in a rushed movement.

The lust-filled kiss was passionate filled. Harry's lips worked wonders on me. My tongue did its best to move with his and keep up his quick pace. His tongue wasn't too fast, just too fast for me.

I forgot about my father. I forgot about Johnny. I even forgot about James.

It just felt...right.

The moment ended before it could get intense. I heard a knock at the same window from before.

I pulled away and looked as Harry continued to kiss my neck softly. He was looking for the spot that would send me over the edge.

Chanel mouthed something to me that I didn't understand until she did it a second time.

The name "Johnny" was evident.

I nodded and grasped Harry's cheeks. His eyes were containing the lust that his body wanted to set free.

"My brother is on the other side of that door, okay? If he finds us, then we are done," I told him.

I gestured between us when saying "we". Harry nodded sadly at me and kissed my cheek like always. He was highly disappointed. He sprinted to his car and left without another word. I hurried to our mailbox and pretended to walkover to our house quickly. The door opened to reveal Johnny and a unknown boy.

"Hey, Johnny boy," I smiled at my old nickname for Johnny.

"Hey, Kirstie Alley," he said referring to my old nickname. I always hated it because the real Kirstie Alley was older than my own father by many years.

"Well, me and Drew are leaving. We'll be back in about an hour or so. Give or take a few minutes," he murmured.

He kissed my cheek and walked away before turning around. I had already walked into the house with Chanel when he called me over.

"You smell weird?" He questioned.

"Gee, thanks," I replied sarcastically.

"Were you talking to a boy? I smell cologne."

"I just smell that good," I answered before grabbing Chanel's hand securely and running up the stairs as fast as we could go together.

I sat on Chanel's bed and she closed the door. We fell on our backs and looked at each other smiling.

"Thank you," I shook my head.

"You would have done the same for me," she shrugged her shoulders. She brushed off her dress like the last few minutes had stained it.

We looked up at the ceiling without talking. Just silence on both parts.

Chanel took a deep breath before speaking.

"Boys. Oh, boys."

I nodded agreeing, and spoke my own words.

"They suck."
