"Hey come on! I know a secret place we can go crash!" Melanie says as she tugs me to the exit.
Melanie is my best friend. We have been best friends since high school. But I feel like she's just using me to be popular. I'm the popular girl at school. I go to parties late at night, drink booze, but I never had sex. So I still have my v-card. I know what your thinking, a popular girl who goes to parties and drinks booze, but is still a virgin? I have been planning to break up with him but.. I never really got the time to. My schedule is packed up with nothing but parties.
I even had a crush on someone else than him. He was the school nerd and I find him so goddamn attractive! Nobody knows about this.. And no one will know. It could totally ruin my reputation. His name is Harry styles. I have him in some of my classes. But I don't talk to him. Popular girls don't talk to nerds.
Anyways, so I'm at a halloween party right now with my best friend. I'm dressed as a sexy devil. I wore a short tight dress that was red. I had red high heels and red lipstick on. I was very red. Then I had my hair straightened with a headband that had horns on it. No biggie. I walked around the party bored as hell and I told Melanie that I wanted to do something. She came up with the idea of crashing a house in the woods. I agreed. I just needed to go somewhere that doesn't smell like alcohol and sex. We walked outside and walked to the woods. We walked for a while into the woods and we walked slow because I have high heels on. Kinda hard to walk on rocks and sticks when in high heels. I fell a couple times and we finally arrived. It looked like an abandoned old house with a chimney.
"Are you sure that nobody lives here?" I asked her worried.
"Yes. Now come on!" She pulled me again to the house.
We got to the front door. We knocked to make sure of anybody was there. Then we slowly opened the door and walked in. Every step we took was creaking. I was really scared. I didn't want to let her know that, so I kept my scared Caroline inside me. I never really liked my name. It's too long and annoying. I was planning on changing my name to something else.
I bumped into a huge furniture.
"Ow!" I said backing away from the random object.
"Look! A switch." Melanie says as the light turned on.
I looked forward and saw a huge cauldron. What the hell? Is this Halloween house or something? I looked the room and saw a bunch of shelves stacked with bottles filled with a glowing substance of different colors. It had spiderwebs in every corner and dust was everywhere.
"Is this what I think it is?" Melanie says walking around.
"I think it is... A witches house." I said scared of the answer.
We looked around some more and opened random books.[SHATTER] I turned around and saw Melanie standing still smirking at her mess. She broke a potion bottle.
"Melanie! What the hell?!" I said annoyed.
"What? It's abandoned. Who cares." She said dropping another potion to the floor.
"Quit that! I have a feeling something bad is going to happen." I said looking around in search of a witch.
"Aww. Is someone scaaaareed?" Melanie teased.
"No."
"Then break something." She crossed her arms waiting for me.
I really didn't want to but I can't show her I'm afraid. I got a random potion from a shelve near me. I looked at the bottle. It had blue glowing liquid inside. It read on the label:

Weird. I gripped it tightly, not wanting to drop it. After a while of thinking, I finally dropped it and it shattered. Next thing I know, the ground rumbled and Melanie and I fell to the ground. Shit. I knew something bad was going to happen. Fog started to come, completely covering the floor.
"Caroline!!!" Melanie screamed. "What do we do?!"
"I don't fuckin know!! You were the one idiot that had to make me break something!!" I yelled over the noise.
The we heard cackling. The door busted open and there was a witch on her broom flying. What the hell? Then she flew around the room on her broom laughing. She did this for a while making the floor shake even harsher and her laughs got louder and louder until I finally said something.
"Stop doing whatever you're doing! It's not funny!!"
I thought all of this was just a prank.
Then everything stopped. The witch stopped flying and just stood still on her broom in the middle of the air, her back facing me.That's fucking creepy as hell. Then slowly her head turned all the way around, almost making it completely backwards. It made cracking noises as she turned her head. Then she stopped when she saw me. I almost fainted at the sight of her face! I screamed at the top of my lungs. It was the most horrible and scary face I have ever seen. I felt tears started to roll down my cheeks as I screamed.
"PLEASE! I DIDN'T MEAN TO YELL! PLEASE DON'T KILL ME PLEEEAASSE!!!" I said scared of the things she could do to me.
Her broom started to lower. Then she got off it and walked to me, her eyes never leaving my face. I trembled as she got closer. She had boots on with striped colored socks and a dress. Typical clothes for a witch. She leaned in closer.
"You trespassed." Then she cackles again.
Her breath is horrid! I gagged at the smell.
"I didn't mean to.. I thought no one lived here." I said praying that she won't kill me.
"You still trespassed. Now one of you must pay." She grins, showing her sharp teeth.
She backs away and continues to grin at me and Melanie.
"Now. Which one of you thought of this idea?" She said crossing her arms.
"IT WAS HER! SHE THOUGHT OF IT!" Melanie yells pointing at me.
"You lying bitch!!" I spat at Melanie.
"Now now, no need to fight. I can find out the truth. Whoever feels the pain is the one who did it."
She turns around to get something. I look at Melanie and she looked at me. I gave her the finger. The witch turned around with a huge leather book in her possession. She opens it up and scanned the book using her long green finger. She stops.
"Aha! Here it is." Then she starts to chant. It sounds like gibberish.
Then all of a sudden, Melanie started to whimper and sweat. After a while she started to squirm and the witch continued. Melanie screamed. God, it was so damn loud. Just as it was about to get worse, the witch stopped chanting and closed the book. She glared at Melanie. She started to walk towards her and stopped. Everything stood very quiet. Then Melanie hovered above the ground and screamed. The witch held her hand up and she fisted her hands like if she was crushing something. Melanie shrieked in pain. I looked at her afraid of what was going to happen. I tried to look away but I couldn't move, I stood there frozen. Like if I was hypnotized. Her body began to curl up in a ball. Her arms bent in a way where it was not meant to be bent. It cracked and she shrieked again. Was she breaking her bones?
"PLEASE PLEASE NO PLEEEAAASEEE!!!!" She cried.
I started to tear up and I wanted to do something but I couldn't. I was frozen.
Then her legs broke in half and her back twisted. She screamed again. I swear it looked like a freakin poltergeist happening. I couldn't believe what I saw! I started to bawl my eyes out hoping that this is all just a nightmare. But it wasn't. Then Melanie's neck snapped and she fell to the ground not moving. She died. I continued to cry. The witch then looked at me staring right into my soul. She grinned.
"Now. I decided that I should not kill you.. But to punish you." She said walking over to me.
Then she stopped in front of me and thought.
"Hmm. What to do, what to do." She said looking up thinking.
I hope it won't be as horrible as being a goblin or something. Please don't let it mess with my appearance. Then she began to grin.
"I got a fantastic idea." She clapped happily.
"Twist the bones and bend the back." She said moving her fingers around.
"Itch-it-a-cop-it-a, Mel-a-ka-mys-tic-a."
I don't know where this voice came from.
"Trim her of her baby fat."
"Itch-it-a-cop-it-a, Mel-a-ka-mys-tic-a."
"Give her fur, black as black.

As she finished my body ached in pain! I squirmed and cried in pain. I could feel my bones twisting and shifting. The pain was so ... Severe! I wanted nothing more but for this pain to end. this continued for a while. I finally shrieked in pain as the last part of the transformation was completed.
Then I looked up and saw the witch looking down at me laughing. I looked around and I noticed a change in my height. I was super short! I looked at myself and screamed. But nothing came out but a cat's scream. Then I realized that I was a fucking cat.
