Goodness! I missed your last update but I seriously love how messy things are!! I think you've captured their feelings perfectly!

Stephanie is inspired by someone close to me, they went through her experiences and came out with diabetes as the only thing in life they couldn't fight through. As much as I've learnt about the topic, their situation has also helped me keep it hopefully to a realistic level. Seems as if Stephanie is very unlucky, but the body can turn and change at any time. Unfortunately there is people I'm the world who do go through pain. It's learning how to appreciate the good things over the bad.
I hope this works for you. Harry doesn't know Stephanie like he thought he did. This chapter for him is an eye opener that things change and people turn into strangers so easily.

Oh, things are bad... I knew it wouldn't be paradise, but Harry's attitude surprised me. I understand how he feels but his reaction seems to have more to do with other emotions than just concern about Amelia's well being.
