Okay so I had to reread so I was up to date and now I'm guessing the killer could be someone else. Louis knows he/she and this he/she knows both Charlotte and Harold. He/she seems to know Charlotte in a close way. He/she knows Raven who knows Harry. It could be her grandma, or her brother, or just some obsessive stalker that Isnt even involved. it could be a boy from 1D that you could have thrown in. It could be me as a guy. A back story of Charlotte's that she got amnesia and doesn't remember this killer. I'm just weighing down my options. :-) love thiss
