Lie To Me

Sarah’s P.O.V.

The boys and I ran up to Hunter’s hotel to see Luke with Mr. and Mrs, Jones.
“Luke, everyone joined.” Mrs. Jones smiled.
“What are you guys doing here?” Luke asked.
“Long story. Where’s Riley?”
“She’s at Disney.” Mr. Jones spoke.
“Crap.” we all replied.
“There’s no use, you guys.” Luke sighed.
“Luke Hemmings. I already told you what happened.” Mrs. Jones snapped.
“She’ll see him and that’ll be it. I told her I wanted her happy. Maybe she’s happy.”
“Luke, you and I both know my daughter better than that.”
Luke looked at her, then to us. “Guys. We have to go get her.”
“Thank god!” We all yelled, hailing several taxis.
**
A bit later we all stood at Disney... Except Luke.
“Did he seriously get cold feet in 20 minutes?” I sighed.
“It took you guys 20? Took us 30.” Crystal joined.
“What if he got here before us?” I asked.

Luke’s P.O.V.

I ran as fast as I could to customer service to find out where the wedding was. The poor girl must have thought I was crazy, but told me anyway. I ran for the venue, but there was no sign of Riley or Hunter.
“I’m too late.” I sighed with my face in my hands.

Riley's P.O.V.

“Riley!” We all exclaimed joining in a group hug.
“Where’s Luke?” Ashton asked.
“Where’s Hunter?” Michael asked.
“Guys. Why. Are. You. Here.” I asked.
“To.. Um..” Sarah hesitated.
“Stop you from marrying Hunter.” Emma blurted.
“I stopped myself, don’t worry.” I chuckled. “Why did you ask where Luke was? Is he here?”
“He might be. We may or may have lost him.” Sarah slowly let out.
“You guys tend to do that a lot, huh?” I smiled. “Any chance he beat you all here and went into the park to try and stop me as well?”
“You know! This is why you guys are best friends.” Sarah replied.
“So let’s split up and try to find him?” I smiled.
“Deal!” we all spoke, running for the park.

Luke's P.O.V.

“I’m too late.” I sighed with my face in my hands.
“For a very important date?” RIley’s voice mocked me.
“Riley.”
“Luke.”
“What are you doing here?”she asked.
“Tell me it’s not too late.” I begged, still out of breath.
“What?”
“Tell me you didn’t get married to him. Tell me it’s not too late for me to tell you I am madly in love you with. I never stopped being in love with you. I will do anything--”
She kissed me before I could go on.
“It’s not too late.” she beamed.
“Thank god.” I breathed, kissing her passionately. “So what happened?”
“Well...” she trailed off.

RIley’s P.O.V.
*about an hour ago*

“You’re not wearing your wedding dress.” Hunter spoke.
“We need to talk. Can we go for a walk?”
“So I was gone for a week and everything went back to the way it used to be?” For all the information I just spewed at Hunter he was extremely calm. Maybe a state of shock.
“I’m really sorry, Hunter. You are one of the best guys I have ever met, but--”
“It’s Luke.”
“It is.”
He chuckled to himself, “I’m sorry I went a little crazy this past month. I didn’t mean to shove a wedding down your throat. I was just terrified of this moment. And..”
“And?”
“I was terrified of my feelings for my new assistant. I felt like if I was married it would stop my urges to want her.”
I smiled taking the ring off, “Go get her. Be happy.”
“If you ever need anything-” he began.
“I know who to call.” I replied.
He kissed my cheek, “I’m sorry again.”
“Me too.”
As he walked away I felt a giant weight lifted off my shoulders.

*Now*
“So, yeah.”
“So what now?” he asked.
“Well, I have to obviously move out and start over.”
“My house is your house... If Petunia likes you.”
“I think we’ve established Petunia likes me.”
“I don’t know...” he smirked.
“Guys!” Sarah called. “We’ve been looking everywhere for you!”
“Sorry, we had to get Luke up to speed.”
“So are you guys...?” Everyone questioned.
Luke and I gave each other a look. “Are we?” we asked one another.
