complete and utter abuse
aftermath
I just left the phone ringing. Then it faded out. After my shower I just ended up siting on the bathroom floor naked for at least an hour or two. I was still sitting on the bathroom floor curled up in a ball when I heard a knock on the door then the door opening. I was too scared to get up so I just sat there looking at the door scared as to who might open it.
Without warning, the door flung open and Liam was standing there and then he looked down and noticed I was curled up on the floor and he must’ve known that Matthew did something. Just by looking at me, he could tell that I was in no state to talk but he still tried to get what happened out of me.
I just ended up splurtiing out what happened which disturbed him quite a bit and then he understood why I was in this state. “HE RAPED ME!” is all Liam heard then I just burst out in tears again. Liam went got me a towel so he could help me to get dressed. I was freezing and I was too depressed and scared to get up anyway. Even though I was naked and it must’ve been just a bit awkward for Liam but he still helped me.
He made me go and sleep at his house for the night but the next morning, which was a Saturday, I just protested that if I don’t go back that Matthew was literally gonna hunt me down so he let me go back. Matthew was sitting on the couch waiting for me. When I walked into the house and saw Matthew sitting there I knew that I was in trouble. Then he just ran at me with complete rage on his face and choked me so hard that I thought he literally wanted to kill me. He ended up letting go and letting me explain. But I just said that I went out to Liam’s house for a bit and fell asleep there.
I didn’t want him to know that Liam knew what happened. So I just said that.
*2 months later*
I was still with Matthew and I was being beaten even worse than before. But as I said before, he would never let me leave the relationship so I was stuck. The last time he was attacking me, he actually pulled up a knife and made a massive cut to my arm which I had to cover it up from the rest of my friends and anyone I know.
After the rape incident I have started to throw up in the morning and get really bad stomach aches. I went to see a doctor about this and when the doctor got the results for what’s wrong with me I nearly fainted with shock.

You could title it "a new beginning" or "a fresh start"
