complete and utter abuse
an unexpected twist pt1
*1 week later*
So I’ve been in the hospital for a week and I’ve been getting on great with Darcy and she recognises me as her father. Every time I see her a big smile just grows on my face. She’s just the most perfect bundle of joy anyone could ask for.
As I was feeding Darcy, a nurse came and told me that it was time to go home. I was overwhelmed with happiness. I couldn’t wait to bring my baby girl to her home. I called Louis to tell him the good news and he said that he would be over here in about 10 minutes to help me gather my stuff to take home.
In what seemed like 2 minutes, Louis was already here to take me home. “Thanks for coming to get me” I said with a smile. He helped me gather my stuff then he carried it to the car while I carried Darcy. I placed her into the already set up car seat then we headed home.
I was excited to get home after being in that uncomfortable hospital bed for one whole week.
We got home and I was so tired so I gave darcy-eva to Louis so he could spend some time with her while I went to bed to have a nap. Of course the bed wasn’t made but that wasn’t my main concern. I went to have a nap then woke up to see Louis lying next to me. “How are you boo?” “I’m fine and how was your nap?”, “umm… fine uh where is Darcy?” “she is taking a nap and its time for dinner I made while you were sleeping.”
We went into the dining room for dinner and like Louis said. He made me lasagne. “Thank you” I said. We finished eating dinner with light conversation until we heard Darcy start crying suddenly then it went quiet.
