You and I

*Andrea's POV*

"I'm supposed to meet up with Tania, but she never arrived. I guess she's busy." I shrugged and looked at Zayn

"What a bummer, I'll stay here with you if you don't mind."

"Not at all, besides I want to know more about you." I winked and took a sip of my water.

"This is always fun. I don't really know myself that well to be honest but I can say that I moved here from London last month and my friends and I are working on opening up a tattoo shop sometime soon. Harry is the one with the money since he comes from a family where they're all 'important' people" he made quotation mark gestures with this fingers as he said important. "as of for me, I'm just helping as much as I can."

"Sounds amusing, I've always wondered how tattooing people actually worked. Maybe you should show me sometime when you open that shop."

"Most definitely. Now tell me about yourself?"

"I have a boring life. I'm still in high school at the moment. I decided to study psychology and be a psychiatrist when I graduate."

"Wow sounds like a whole bunch of nerdy shit."

I just stared at him, does that mean it's good or bad? Eh I don't know. I was about to say something when my phone went off. I looked at the called ID and it was Tania.

"Explain to me why that one chick at the restaurant told me someone else was sitting with you? I thought you reserved the table for both of us?" Tania said I could already imagine her rolling her eyes

"I did though, I told her I was waiting for a friend. I don't know what ha-" I was cut off mid sentence by Zayn

"Oh yeah I told the girl I was with you. Oops." he said

"Tania I'll catch up with you later." I hung up and put my phone away

"Why'd you do that. I mean it doesn't matter anymore." I said shaking my head

"Well truth is I wanted to see you. I was very rude to you last night and I wanted to apologize. I didn't have your number but I saw you in here and thought that maybe I should I don't know talk I guess."

"Oh okay. You could've said that earlier so I wouldn't be freaking out about why Tania showed up."

"Who's that?"

"My friend, I have to go, I promised I'd meet up with her." I gathered up my stuff and quickly wrote my number on a napkin. "Here, just in case you need anything." I smiled and headed off.
