We're just a heartbeat away

I get up and roll over to my bedside table, I grab my phone and look at the time, it's 11:10.
Shit, I was supposed to meet Taylor at 11:30 for lunch. I quickly get up and take a 5 minute shower. I put on a blue button down shirt and some white leggings. I grab my phone and my keys and rush out of the door. I quickly avoid the paparazzi and rush into my car. As I'm driving, my phone begins to buzz. Taylor is calling me. I sigh as I answer.
"Hello"
"Where are you? I've been waiting for like 10 minutes."
"I'm almost there, there's lots of traffic."
"Ok, see ya"
"Bye"
I quickly get out of the car and into the restaurant.
"Um Hello, I'm Sel-"
"OMG, Selena Gomez! I'm your biggest fan!" The hostess says
I smile, I know Taylor would be mad, so I quickly try to get to our table.
"Um can we take a selfie" she asks
"Uh sure." I say as I smile.
"Um I'm having lunch with Tay-"
"Oh yeah, um this way" she says leading me to an outdoor patio. Taylor sits there on her phone, when I get close enough for her to notice me, she gets up. Taylor is wearing a black tank top that says "This is my fight song", and some black shorts.
"Hey" I say smiling.
"Hey, finally I was waiting forever." Taylor says smiling as she hugs me.
"Sorry, I got home late" I said
"It's all good" Tay says
"Yeah"
The waiter comes and gives Taylor her strawberry lemonade.
"What would you like?" he asks me.
"Oh, just some water."
"With or without lemon?" he asks
"Yeah" The waiter laughs
"Can you be more specific?"
"Oh, yes on the lemon"
"Ok"
"Um, could you actually put lemon, cucumber, and mint with the water"
"Yeah, sure. I'll be back"
Taylor looks at me and laughs.
"What?!"
"He totally likes you, and he's kinda cute"
"TAYLOR! You have a boyfriend"
"Yeah, but you don't"
"I don't need a guy to make me happy"
"Hmm, well suit yourself"
The waiter comes back with my lemon, cucumber water
"Thanks." I say as I smile
"Can I take your orders?"
"Um yeah, can I have the strawberry salad, no cranberries or raisins" I answer looking at my menu.
"Ok, and for you?" he asks Taylor
"I'll have the Mushroom Barley Risotto”
“Ok, I’ll be back with your orders.”
"So what's up with you?" Taylor asks
"Nothing much, Oh guess what"
"What?"
"I'm on tour"
"Really? Like by yourself, or are you opening?"
"Um yeah"
"Selena, more specific please"
"I'm opening for One Direction"
"Oh, I'm happy for you"
"Yeah, Are you still mad with Harry?"
"Well he did break up with me, I'm over it" Tay says as she smiles.
"Yeah, totally over him, You have a whole album dedicated to him"
"I do not" she says laughing
"Style, I knew you were trouble, Out of the woods, Wonderland"
"Ok whatever"
"Come on Tay, really you used his last name as your song title"
"Well style is a common word"
"And you always mention his green eyes, and your paper airplane necklaces"
"Whatever" Tay rolls her eyes. I laugh.
We recieve our food, and we finish eating and talking.
"Yeah, well I got to get home" I say
"Alright, it was nice talking with you" Tay says
"Yeah, I'll see you later"
"Bye"
"Bye"
I decide to walk to the grocery store, to get some food. I see a bunch of people, outside the store, I walk toward the front and a security guard stops me
"What?" I ask
"You can't go in here?"
"Why?"
"Because there's a famous celebrity" I laugh
"Unless it's someone important, I'm going inside"
The security guard reconizes me, and I go in the store, I go to to get some fruit. As i get berries, I see that there's someone else in the store.
"Selena?"
"Yup" I say as I turn around. It's no other than, Harry Styles
