Your Love

A Very Merry Christmas

"Gifts of time and love are surely the basic ingredients of a truly merry Christmas."
― Peg Bracken

"Luna, sweetie, don't touch that!" Bella gasped.

Her daughter, now aged 5-and-a-half, held a gold crystal bauble in her hand, touching it with curiosity. Bella didn't want it to break or smash into pieces on the floor so she took it gently from Luna and hung it on the Christmas tree, glittering on the branch.

It was Christmas Eve and Bella, along with Luna, was putting the last touches on the tree. Luna was excited for Christmas every year, just like any other little girl was. She loved stuffing her face with food, ripping open presents and seeing her family all in one place. Christmas was just another excuse for her to be spoilt with attention and gifts from loved ones. She loved being dotted on and her family were never hesitant in showering her with love. Harry most of all. He adored her more than anybody else. He picked her up whenever she demanded him to do so, he blew raspberries on her stomach and cheeks, he would kiss her all over her face. He never said no to her. She was his everything. His little girl. Bella saw the love in his eyes every single day. He was the best father, and husband, in the world.

"Can I put the bells on the tree, Mummy?" Luna asked.

"Of course you can, sweetie. Just be careful." Bella said. The little green-eyed girl rushed over to the table and placed hooks on the last two bells, smiling widely. She headed back to the tree and placed the bells on the branches, shining red and golden against the dark green.

"All done!" Bella clapped her hands together.

"What about the star, Mummy?"

Bella looked up at the top of the tree and realised that it was bare. It was too high up for her to reach so she would get Harry to put the last ornament on, for he was taller than her so it would be easier for him.

"Daddy can put the star on the tree, sweetie." Bella informed, rubbing her daughter's shoulder. At that moment, the door leading down to the garage opened and Harry appeared, long brown curls falling freely across his shoulders. Luna let out a high squeal and sprinted over to her father, who scooped her up in his arms, pressing a fat kiss to her head. Bella cherished seeing moments like this happen between father and daughter. It warmed her heart to see Luna and Harry together. She was a spitting image of him. Green eyes, dark locks and dimples. A perfect female representation of Harry. She had such a big heart for one so small, glowing bright gold with kindness.

"I see that you and Mummy have done a brilliant job with the tree." Harry chuckled, tapping Luna's nose with his fingertip. She giggled sweetly and tapped his name in the same way. Harry walked over to his wife and gave her a tender kiss on the lips, placing Luna back down on the floor.

"You're missing something though." He smirked, pointing where the star should be. Bella rolled her eyes and slapped him playfully on the shoulder.

"I know that, baby. I was going to ask you to do it."

"Ah, I see. Alrighty then. Want to help me, dimples?" Harry smiled down at his daughter.

"How, Daddy?"

Bella knew exactly how Luna could help her father but she disagreed with it, telling him no, that it was too dangerous. Harry reassured her that Luna would be fine and from the look in her daughter's eyes, Bella had a hard time refusing Harry's wish. She sighed in defeat and nodded, resulting in the little girl jumping up and down with joy.

Harry carefully took the star out of its case and placed a stepladder next to the tree, climbing to the top step so he could reach the place where the star would sit. He gestured for Luna to come up and join him so she did. With her in his arms and the gold star clasped tightly in her small hands, Bella watched with bated breath, hoping her husband and daughter would not fall. Fortunately, they didn't and Luna placed the star at the very top of the tree, completing the festive decorations.

"Great job, dimples." Harry grinned at Luna. Once they were both back down on solid floor, Luna immediately went to inspect the wrapped presents that had her name on them while Bella inquired something from her husband.

"How's Will?"

"Our little boy is sleeping just fine, beautiful." Harry said, resting his hand on her elbow.

William, also known as Will, David Styles had been born just after Luna turned three. He was a perfect little angel. Cheeky but caring, just like his father. He had inherited Harry's dark curls and dimples but had Bella's hazel eyes. And he was gorgeous. While Luna was a daddy's girl, Will was a mummy's boy. He always craved attention from his mother. He wanted her to play with him, he wanted her to read him bedtime stories, he wanted her to feed him. Though, Harry did get his fair share of loving from little Will, as they were both males. Bella had thought her heart couldn't hold more love than the love she had for her husband and daughter, but when the newest member of the Styles family came into the world, her entire being burst full of new love for her little prince.

A shrill cry of "Mummy!" shook the house. Bella had no choice but to go and comfort her young son. With a kiss to her husband's cheek, she left the living room and went upstairs, entering Will's room. He indeed was awake and clutching the bars of his large crib, looking at her with big tearful eyes.

"What is it, my darling?" Bella asked lightly, reaching into the crib to pick up her son.

"Pee pee, Mummy. I have to go pee pee."

"OK, let's go pee pee."

Bella took him to the bathroom and tugged his pants down, letting him do his business. When he was done, she pulled his pants back up and carried him back into the nursery, setting him back down in his crib but as soon as she did that, he began to cry. She asked him what was wrong and he said he wanted her to tell him a story. The story of how his mummy and daddy met. Bella couldn't refuse. She laid him down on his back and began to tell the story for the millionth time.

"I met your daddy when I was much younger. He was so handsome and I loved him from the first moment that I saw him."

"I love Daddy too!"

"I know you do, darling. It's impossible not to love him. Your daddy took me around a big country called America and that's when I met your uncles: Liam, Louis and Niall. I felt like a part of the family straightaway and that was all because of them. I fell in love with your daddy and he fell in love with me. Because we loved each other so much, your daddy asked me a very important question. To be with him forever. My answer was yes. Then came our wedding day, followed by your older sister then you came along, Will. And now, we're all a big happy family."

"Big happy family!" Will cried.

"Yes, big happy family. Now, sleep, darling." Bella smiled, stroking her son's curls and watched him close his eyes, slowing drifting off into another world.

That night, when both kids were fast asleep and dreaming of many different things, Bella lay with her significant other in bed, his arm wrapped around her waist, her back pressed to his front. His lips grazed the back of her neck and his warm breath shot goosebumps over her skin. She was wide awake and Harry knew it. From the sound of her breathing and the way her body wasn't relaxed into his, it was obvious to him. He pressed fleeting kisses over her neck, soothing her, making her sigh.

"Why aren't you sleeping, beautiful?" His deep voice echoed in her ears.

"I just...can't." Bella whispered.

"There must be a reason why." He said, moving his left hand underneath her thin silk camisole. She shivered from his touch, his fingers caressing her stomach gently. My flat stomach. Harry was right. There was a reason why she couldn't sleep. Her mind had been distracted these past few months whenever she looked at either of her children with Harry. She could see how much he loved being a father. She believed he had been born to be one. He was a kid at heart yet he showed responsibility and commanded respect. Bella had known for years that Harry was a family man and that he would love to have a family of his own. He now had one. She had thought that two kids would be enough for her but it wasn't enough. She wanted more kids. She wanted to give Harry more little bundles of joy to spoil and play with, kiss and sing to. Bella missed being pregnant. Not the nausea or the birth but the feeling of delight from carrying Harry's babies inside her, looking down at her stomach and seeing a human being growing within her. However, she couldn't just force the subject upon Harry, especially not in the middle of the night. She didn't know if he wanted any more kids. What if he doesn't? What if he's happy with the two we have now? What if he doesn't want to have kids with me anymore? Bella couldn't stop the silent tears from squeezing out of her eyes. She kept her face turned away from her husband's. She didn't want him to see her cry but Harry could sense that she was, from the way her body trembled. He kissed her shoulder and tried to get a good look at her, moving her hair away from her face.

"Bella?"

She didn't respond and brought her legs up higher, trying to curl herself into a tight ball.

"Bella, love, what's wrong? Why are you crying?" Harry asked anxiously, rubbing circles on her stomach slowly. From his touch, she remembered all the times he had put his hands on her pregnant belly, when Luna was in there and Will as well. She missed the way he would stroke her stomach, kiss her stretched skin, whisper sweet words to the little human beings inside her. She wanted that again. She wanted that Harry to resurface. Harry hated when she didn't say anything, when she didn't answer him. It made him even more worried. Finally, after several long moments, he heard her soft voice.

"It's stupid."

"What's stupid?" He narrowed his eyes.

"The reason why I'm crying."

"Nothing you do or say is stupid, Bella. You can tell me anything. I'm your husband. Remember our vows?"

Bella remembered their wedding day as if it was yesterday, so vivid in her mind. It had been more than perfect. Seeing Harry waiting for her at the end of the aisle, dressed in a striking black tuxedo with a bright smile on his face. She remembered when he slipped the gold band on her finger, joining the engagement one already sitting there. She remembered his green eyes wet with tears as he said "I do." She remembered their vows as clear as day. Vows that they had written themselves. Bella sighed as she remembered when he said them to her on that special day. I will never forget them... A smile tugged at her lips, the tears stopping.

"Your problems will no longer be only yours..."

"...They will be mine too." Harry finished for her. Bella turned around and lay on her back, blinking through her misty vision. Her husband had propped himself up on his forearm, his other hand still on her stomach. His curls were a long mess around his head and his skin shone with a thin coating of sweat. She stared up at him, knowing that she had to remain true to the vows that they had spoken to one another.

"I know we have Luna, and we have Will. I love both of them very much and I know you do too. But...I feel like... we have room for...for more." Bella choked out, giving him innocent eyes. She was scared of his reaction, if he would completely flip or gasp. But he did neither.

He smiled.

He leaned down and nuzzled his nose into her cheek, kissing her jaw. That's why she was crying? Really? Does she not know me at all? Bella's pulse quickened as his lips skimmed their way across her skin, reaching her lips, a soft pressure from his warm pink ones on hers.

"So...you want more kids?" He asked her when he broke the kiss.

"Do you?" Bella responded.

"Of course I do! I would give you 12 kids if it was what you wanted."

"Maybe let's not do a Cheaper By The Dozen, baby." She giggled, Harry's heart beaming from the sound. Her happiness came from her laugh, her giggle, her chuckle, and it was one of the many things that Harry loved about her. It was no secret to anyone that he adored being a father. His little kids were his sunshine and made him smile every day. He would love to have more children with Bella. He thought she was a wonderful mother and he would love to see her stomach swell again with his child.

"I was just worried that you...wouldn't want to have more kids. With me." Bella looked away from him, lowering her eyes.

"Is that why you were crying?"

She nodded, wiping her sticky cheeks. Harry looked at his young wife with affection and kissed her cheek gently, slowly moving down to her neck. Bella trembled from the sensation of his lips on her skin, tingling with desire. He shuffled his position closer to her body and made a trail of his kisses down to her chest, where her cleavage was.

"Oh, Bella, my love, there's no need for you to cry over something like that. I made a vow to be with you forever and if that entails more children, then that's what I'll give you. I want to give you that because I want you to be happy, and I want to see you bring another life into this world."

Bella grasped his curls tightly as he lifted his head to mesh his lips with hers. She felt his hand slip into her panties and stroke her damp folds, getting her more aroused by the second. This isn't how she thought tonight would go but she certainly wasn't complaining.

"I love you." She whispered.

"And I love you. Now, let's put a baby in your belly, yeah?" Harry said with a smirk and Bella laughed softly. With his hand still caressing her nether regions, he hooked his other fingers through the left strap of her camisole, pulling it down her shoulder. She rested her hand on his chest and bit her lip.

"What about the kids? We'll wake them..."

"Guess you're just going to have to be quiet, love." He told her with lust laced in his voice. Bella gulped but smiled, wondering what her husband had in store for her.

And on Christmas Eve night, they made love as passionately and slowly as they had done so many times before, wishing for a new life to begin because of it.
