Pretty Girls Hide Pain So Deep Inside

- Orion has your name tattooed. - Jesse told them.

- What? - Hope asked in disbelievment.

- Yeah, he got it a few days before your two year anniversary and he was gonna show it to you that night, but then...stuff happened.

The rest of the guys were quietly listening to the two of them, Calum's grip on Hope's waist getting slightly stronger, protective even.

- Where is it? - Hope still couldn't believe it.

- On his heart... well, you know what I mean.

- Wow. - It was all Hope managed to say.

Even after everything that happened between them, Hope and Orion still managed to work everything out and even become really close friends, like they used to be, before they got together.

There were a lot of things Hope wanted to ask Jesse about this, but now definitely wasn't the time.

- Alright, Jesse, you're spinning. - Ashton said, changing the topic.

For the first time that night the bottle pointed at Hope.

- Shots? - King asked her.

- I'll confess. - She said. - This isn't really a secret, but I don't think any of you know about it, so...

- You slept with Jesse? - Luke asked.

- Would you stop thinking with your junk, please? - Hope said trough a small chuckle, causing everyone to laugh, as well.

- How many times do we have to tell you nothing ever happened between us? - Jesse asked.

- You can say it as many times as you want, but that doesn't mean I'm gonna believe you. - Luke joked. - Alright, so what's the confession then?

- I used to play soccer in high school. - Hope told them.

- Seriously? - Calum asked her with a bright smile on his face.

- Yeah, I was pretty good, too.

- I didn't know that, huh. - Jesse commented.

- You guys are perfect for each other. - Michael commented, slightly mocking them.

-Why didn't you pursue it? - Ashton asked his baby sister.

- Well, there was a scout comming to see me, but I dropped out a few days before the game. - Hope said, she was quieter than usual.

- Why? - Blue asked her.

- My mom got sick again and couldn't work, so I had to get a job. - Hope tried to say is as matter of factly as possible, but they all knew her better than that.

- Oh.

- If you got a chance to play professionaly, would you do it? - King asked her after a few moments of silence.

- I don't know... - Hope thought for a second. - I don't think so... I really love performing, I don't think I could just drop it.

- Do you miss playing? - Calum asked her.

- Yeah, of course.

- Well, we could play sometime.

- Midnight Sinning Session against 5 Seconds of Summer? - King proposed.

- Oh yeah! - Hope said and leaned in forward to give King a fist bump.

- You're on! - The 5 Seconds of Summer boys accepted the challenge.

- Tomorrow, before the show? - Blue suggested.

- Sure.

- Guys, I hate to break up the party, but we have to go. - A crew member called out to them from the entrance.

After collecting all their stuff the two bands got back on the tour bus and hit the road again.

Next stop: New Orleans.
