Heartless Love

Ashley's POV

"Flight EY235 to Bangkok, will depart in 20 minutes." I heard as soon as we entered the airport.

“So uhh I guess we have 20 minutes if you want to swing by Starbucks for some Breakfast.

“Sure”

15 minutes later, Lucas paid for the breakfast as we made our way towards the boarding area

We boarded the plane and Lucas smiled at me and said

‘Its 7 hours to Bangkok and then 3 hours to khao lak’

‘Oh ok’

We both took out our phones and ear pods and decided to sleep as we both hadn’t slept all night for some reason

Luke kept tossing turning and so did I

The plane started to take off. It went slowly at first and within seconds, we were in the air.

I closed my eyes and drifted to sleep

I woke and so did Luke

It was five minutes till landing in Bangkok

"Hey."

I smiled. "Hey."

We landed soon as we were to wait for people on the plane to leave and others to join us

I made my way to the washroom

While I was in I could hear another announcement being made but I couldn’t hear properly

I came out and the plane was packed

A lot of people vacationing huh?

I went to my seat and I saw that Luke had his earphones on so he probably didn’t hear the announcement either

I sat down and I realized that there were still three hours left so I took out my book and grabbed some magazines

I opened the magazine and flipped through it

Boring

I grabbed the other one I started flipping through it when something caught my eye

It had niall and a few girls’ pics on it and the heading read

“Niall is a busy boy”

There were the pics Harry showed me and there were some new ones too

I felt my eyes get heavy as tears sat at the rim

Luke saw the article and hugged me tight and whispered soothing words in my ear

Why was I crying?

I didn’t care anymore

I had forgotten

I was going on vacation with Luke and it wasn’t fair to him that I was behaving like this

I told him and fine and wiped my tears I took my book out and my glasses and began to read and without knowing I had drifted to sleep
