Clueless | N.H.

Niall put his stuff in the little warderobe in the living room. I gave him a tour of the apartament and then we decided to watch some movies.
"So which one we should watch?" I asked him while putting the popcorn in the microwave. He was still searching the movies on tv. Niall didn't respond me so I called him again.
"Uh sorry, can we watch some comedy?" he asked politely.
"Yeah sure, choose the one you fancy." I responded and put the popcorn in a large bowl.
I came back in the living room and sat next to Niall on the couch. He chose the classic comedy with Adam Sandler, the Grown ups. We laughed and ate the whole popcorn. When the film finished it was already 7 p.m. and I thought it would be good to make dinner.
"I'll make dinner. What do you want to eat?" I asked and stood up. In the kitchen I opened the fridge and looked into it. Almost nothing. Great. Maybe I can cook some pasta bolognese.
"Oi, do you want some pasta bolognese?" I shouted a little because Niall was already set the TV on some soccer game and he was watching it very intensively.
"Yeah sure, I'll eat everything you give me." he responded quickly and then went back to watching the game. I nodded and started cooking. Niall was watching the game the whole time. Oh dear, he was so into it that he started screaming when the goal was scored. I jumped and tossed the spoon into the air. All the sauce went on my legs and face. I cursed loudly. Shit, it burned.
"Laura! What happened?" said Niall quickly coming from the living room, "Oh my god! I'm sorry, it's my fault." he said and reached for the dishcloth. He started wiping the sauce from my face. He got the towel wet and tapped my face.
"It's fine, it's okay." I said and whiped my legs. Gosh, he was scared. I started laughing and he looked at me like I was crazy.
"What? You look so scared, it's fine." I said between laughs. His face softened and he blushed a little. Wow, he blushed. So cute.
"I'm sorry I screamed. Just.. Ireland scored and.." he started with the excuses and I smiled.
"Don't worry, really. It's fine." I calmed him down. He inhaled and exhaled. I put my hand on his shoulder and his eyes lowered to mine. Our eyes locked and we froze. It felt like we did this for years. Like we knew each other. Magical.
Wait, this is reality. In reality there is no magic. Stop, Laura. Use your brain. He is from freaking Ireland and I'm from France. How is this gonna work? Wait, am I thinking about us working out? Did I just called us us? Fuck.
"Let's go watch the second part of the movie." he said while still looking straight into my eyes. I was bewitched by his ocean blue eyes. I shook my head to wake up myself. Is this even real?
"Um.. I.. Okay, let's go. Just wait, I have to finish the dinner." I mumbled and turned to the stove. I finished the bolognese and put the pasta into it. I mixed everything together and added some cheese. A lot of cheese. Niall was watching me the whole time. I guess he was hungry.
I devided the dish on the two plates and handed one to Niall.
"Here you go. Let's go watch that movie." I mumbled and we went to the couch. He put the movie on the TV and we started eating.
We finished our dinner and continued to watch the movie. I became sleepy and leaned back on the pillows. I started drifting into sleep, my eyes became heavy. As I felt the sleep overpower me, I felt strong arms around my waist pulling me closer. I felt warmth of his skin on my back. I felt his warm lips on the top of my head and that was the last thing I remember before I completely fell asleep.
