A lot has changed, that's for sure...

When I'm done unpacking, I go downstairs. I see that my mum cooked. She never did that.
"Emmy, why don't you tell us all about America?" My mum asks pointing at a chair.
I see that Gerard guy sitting too. Even Vanessa sits down.
"No thanks, I think I'm going to Edward." I say while I just grab an apple.
"But-." Gerad begins.
"No." I glare at him.
First he comes and lives here, and now he thinks he can command me? No way.
I turn around and walk away. It's already dark outside but I don't care. It's not far to Edwards place. He lives in a flat and they have the roof for themselves, so we made it our 'hang place'.

When I'm there, I search for the button. When I found it, I push the button and wait.
"Hello?" I hear Edwards voice through the microphone.
"Hey Eddie, guess who's back?" I smirk.
"Emmy?! I'm so happy you're back! Come in quick. Mia is her too."
I hear the door click open and I walk in. As lazy as I am, I take the elevator. When I'm at the right floor, I get out and search for the right door. I knock and the door opens in just a second.
"Emmy!" Edward says while hugs me.
"Eddie!" I nuzzle my head in his neck and he lets go.
"Emmy!" I hear behind him.
Edward gets aside and Mia runs to me. She hugs me tight.
"Hey Mia:" I smile.
"C'mon, let's go to Devils, you need tell us everything!" she says while she takes my hand and we walk upstairs to the roof.
We called the place Devils because it smells like hell because of all the plants that are standing there. Edward has a weird interest in plants.
When we're upstairs Mia and I sit on the couch that stands there.
"So, did you found the plant that I asked you to look for?" Edward says.
Oh god, I totally forgot! Damn! I promised him! Stupid, stupid, stupid!
"Uhh.. Yeah.. It stands at my house... I'll bring it tomorrow.." I say while I scratch my neck.
"Really? Thank you so much Emmy!! You're the best best friend someone could ask for!"
I really need that plant...


So I told them all about America and after that, I went home. I carefully close the door and tiptoe to my room. When I'm in my room, I sigh. I go to bed, not bothering that I still have my clothes on. I'm so tired...



~The next morning~


I wake up and dress myself in clean clothes. I go downstairs and make a sandwich. When I'm almost done I see Gerard come in. Only in his underwear.
"Shouldn't you be wearing something more?" I ask.
"Look, I don't know why you're hating me, but I'm not gonna leave and I really want us to be on good terms. Could we start again?"
"No, thanks. But if you wanna know, I think you're my mums 8e boyfriend in 2 years, so I wouldn't think you'd stay long if I was you,"
He just sighs and turns around. I see him walk away and turn my attention back to my sandwich. I ate the rest of it and then I'm going out the door. Let's find a plant. I look at the picture. Didn't they had the same plant in that nature park thing? Well, only one way to find out.

I cycle to the park thing. I see it more as a holiday park, only without the attractions And a lot more plants. There are little ways to walk on, but the rest is all trees and plants.

When I'm there I see a guard for the door.
"I'm sorry ma'am, you can't go in there." He says pushing me back.
"I know, but there's standing a group of girls at the back, I think they're breaking in." I say.
"Not again." he grumbles and walks away.
Wow, never thought he would be that stupid. I smirk and walk in. I tiptoe around the plants, trying to find the plant I was looking for.

After searching for 15 minutes, I walk around like its the most normal thing to do. Then something orange catches me eye. I put some plants away and look at the picture.
It's the plant! Happiness washes over me.
I pull the plant carefully out of the ground and put it in the bag that I brought with me.

When I'm done I stand up and sigh in relief. I did it. Now I only need to get back to my bicycle.
I walk out of the plants. I just wanted to walk away when I hear someone coming this way.
I quickly get back into the plants and wait for him to walk away again. It's a blonde guy, pretty handsome. His hair in a quiff. I back a little further away but that makes the plants move too. It makes a soft sound and the boy looks up from his phone.
"Who's there?" I hear him ask.
I'm as quiet as I can be, but he still notice me.
"You there, c'mon out."...
