Harry and I go down stairs to see if mamaw needs help with anything. When we go to the kitchen we both smell bacon cooking.

“Hey mamaw need help with anything?” I ask her

“Yes sweetie could you grab the pancake mix from the top shelf?”

“Harry that’s a job for you seeing I’m too short” I nudge him in the chest

Mamaw, Harry and I chat for a while as we eat our breakfast. I forget about Roland calling because my head is still filled with what just happened between Harry and I. I excuse myself to use the bathroom, as I walk through the living room I catch the TV saying something about the boy band One Direction.[Can i be Niall's hand please??!!!]

“Boy bander Niall Horan spotted at a New York beach earlier this week with a new Brunette babe.. do I smell a romance? Who is this new gal pal, more at ten” the news anchor said

Boy bander Niall Horan? What the hell is going on? I go upstairs to my room and call Tessa. The phone rings and rings before Niall finally answers it.

“Ello Em how ya doin?” he says

“BOY BAND!? Niall what is the news talking about?” I shout

“Oh you saw that? Well um back in England I was in a band with a few other people. We’ve been on a break for three years now and I needed a change of scenery so I came to America with my parents.” He explains

“And what about Louis? They said a while ago that he was a member of the band as well” I say

“Yes he was, we left on a bad note, he was the first to leave. I had no idea that he had come to New York let alone lived in the same neighborhood and dated you” Niall says

“OK where’s Tessa? Does she know?”

“She knows she was a little upset that I didn’t tell her at first but she is definitely loving the spotlight” he laughs

“I really do love all of the attention.. you know I’m an attention whore!” She yells in the background

“So when do you guys leave to go to the World Cup?” Ni asks me

“Not sure mamaw just got back home so I’ll find out soon.”

I talk to Niall then Tess for a few minutes before going back downstairs. I ask mamaw when Harry and I are supposed to leave to carry out our plan.

“Oh yeah about that you guys leave tomorrow morning so I would get everything packed tonight” she says

“Mamaw what the hell! Tomorrow? Why didn’t you tell us sooner” I say

“I’m sorry it slipped my mind” she smiles as she sips her coffee

Harry and I finish our food and head back upstairs to pack our stuff. Mamaw comes up and asks if we need anything and if anyone had called for her while she was gone.

“Oh yeah Roland called for you” I tell her smirking at Harry

“Why didn’t you tell me right away Emerson” she shouted

“I’m sorry it slipped my mind” I shrug my shoulders

Mamaw and I were sort of arguing back and forth when there was a loud knock on the front door. I look out of the window and see a blue pick up truck in the driveway. Mamaw hurries down to answer the door. I look outside to see if I can see the person standing at the door, I can’t but I do see a black Cadillac pulling up the driveway now. I go halfway down the stairs to snoop on mamaw. She opens the door and a young girls voice is heard.

“Hey mamaw how are you?” she says

Mamaw? I think to myself. My father was an only child so how is another person calling her mamaw? The red haired girl walks into the room and it’s like looking in a mirror. Everything about her looks identical to me except for the hair color.

“Mamaw what the hell is going on!” I shout going down the stairs

Harry hears my shouting and hurries to the living room. He stops dead in his tracks when he is face to face with the red haired girl.

“Uhm Emerson this…. This is Elijah you’re twin sister” mamaw tells me

“My what! How did I not know about this? Mamaw I trusted you my whole life why didn’t you tell me?” I say tears forming in my eyes

“Hi Emery is right, I’ve waited my whole life to meet you” she hold her hand out to me

I am so upset I just storm out of the house, I run off towards the barn and don’t stop until I’m inside. I go to my favorite horses’ stall and lie on the hay stack in the corner.

“Dollie why is all of this shit happening to me right now! Everything is so messed up” I say to the horse not expecting an answer back

“Elijah is everything alright?” I hear a voice say

I get up and look around the stall door. I see a tall slender man with dark hair wearing a suit standing by the barn door. I wipe my eyes and walk out towards the man.

“Hi” I say

“Oh, it’s you.. sorry I thought you were Elijah” Roland says

“So you’re my dad huh?” I say to him

“Yeah.. um I mean yes I am. My name is Roland it’s so nice to finally see you Emery” he says holding out his hand

“Uh yeah its nice to see you too”

“Emerson are you al..” Harry runs in

“Yeah I’m fine.. Harry I’d like you to meet my father Roland.. Roland this is my boyfriend Harry” I say

“Nice to meet you Harry, I’ve seen you in the paper quite a bit over the last two years” Roland says

“Nice to meet you too, I don’t think I’m the right person. I’ve never been in the paper for anything” Harry says

We stand in the barn and talk for a while before going back down to the house by the time we get inside mamaw and Elijah have started cooking dinner. We all sit around the table and say grace before digging in. Roland and mamaw tell us all about what Harry and I are supposed to do when we arrive in London. We will be wearing wires so the American embassay can hear everything we are saying and to hear what Romanov is saying as well. We have to lure him into the stadium. Harry and I will have two tickets and Romanov will pick up his ticket at the box office and meet us at our seats. The plan is to trade the fake list for him to leave us and m family and friends alone. Hopefully he won’t notice that the list is a fake, people at the CIA made an exact duplicate. Roland will have the original copy along with the digital copy as well.

“OK we’ll Elijah and I are going to go back to our hotel and sleep, we have to be up early tomorrow morning. Have a great night mother and Emery I’m so happy to know that you are alright, get a good night’s sleep and we’ll see you in the morning” My father says

“Bye guys hope everything goes well for you” Elijah says following our dad out of the door.

Harry and I help mamaw clean up the dishes and the table. I give her a kiss before we head up to my room. I take a nice hot shower before putting my pajamas on for the night. Harry is already in bed waiting on me.

“C’mon beautiful it’s lonely in here without you” he says

I crawl into the bed next to Harry lying my head on his chest. We spend the rest of the night watching movies before we both fall asleep. Tomorrow is going to be a pretty stressful day but I am so glad I have Harry here to help me through it all.

i had some serious writers block.. i still feel like this update sucks ass though :/ next stop for them will be London!! and what about the One Direction thing and Niall.. how do you think Em will find out Harry is also in the band?? will she be pissed he didn't tell her? will her thoughts change about him??? who knows :D
