The Arrangment

*Claire's POV*

"Mom" I call opening the door to our house "I brought a boy that wants to be your son"

"I highly doubt Lucas wants to be... and unless you want to give back that pretty diamond to..." she says looking down at the bowl in her hands before looking up "Harry!" she says walking over to us handing me the bowl hugging Harry

"Speaking of diamond" I say handing the bowl back to her and climbing the stairs

I open the door to my room and hear it close a moment later before Harry sits on my bed and I open my closet

"Do you wanna tell me why you don't have your ring on?" Harry asks

"Um we aren't allowed to wear diamonds or stuff like it in the completion" I say back to him

"And I'm assuming you took it off to practice and just forgot to put it back on the whole week you know is it still in your duffle bag do you want me to get it for you or do you even want to put it back on? Cause it looks like you couldn't be less concerned about it" Harry says in an angered tone standing

I bent down in closet and punch in the code to the safe in my closet that had me nice jewelry in it picking up the small box before standing and turning to him "Actually I didn't take it off until right before we had to leave this evening and I put it in the safe so nothing would happen to it" I say in the same tone as him before throwing the box at him and grabbing my dress going into the bathroom to change

*15 minutes later*

I open the door from the bathroom to my room my eyes landing on Harry his head hanging and his hands playing with the small box

"does sorry work twice in one night?" he asks looking up at me

"It might if you answer one question" I respond his eyes looking at me waiting for the question he was all ready trying to answer before I ask "Do you want that ring on my finger because I and I believed you truly wanted it there because you loved me not because you mom wants you to"

"Yes I do" he says standing "I asked you because I was falling in love with you and now I am in love with you so devastatingly in love with you" he says before getting on his knees "That being said Claire will you still marry me?"

"I would love to" I say as he slips the ring back on my finger

"Awe" we hear from the other side of the door

"Mom?" I say as I open the door revealing my mom

"I'm sorry I didn't mean to listen I just couldn't help my self and you guy this what we hoped for that even if you guys fighted you guys would care enough to work it out "

"Thanks mom" I say as Harry raps an arm around my waist as my mom walks down the steps I rest my head on his chest

"So your a Tomo girl" Harry says and I push him into my room and on to the bed shutting the door

"Shh he cant know non of you guys we supposed to know" I say passing back and forth

"Babe its fine I'm used to fans" he say casually

"Yeah but you never date us let alone marry us"

"Us?" he asks laughing

"No I mean" I say hanging my head in my hands

"Babe its fine just one question" he says standing "When you first moved in like before we fell in love did yo wanna get out of bed with me and get in bed with him?" he says laughing

"Your horrible I say turning leaving my room and down the stairs

"Oh come on its funny" He says laughing


I turn the corner into the kitchen where all the boys are

"I is the big man being mean to you again" Louis says pulling me in to his arm and I nod

"Of course you would go to him" Harry says coming around the corner

"Whats the supposed to mean?" Louis asks me

"Nothing" I say smiling

"Well since Harry is being mean how about I be your date tonight" Niall says rapping his arms around my waist

"Oh you guys look so good let me get your picture" My mom says bringing the camera to her face snapping the picture and another one of both of us laughing "Oh that one is cute ill make sure to print one of for you Niall"

"Thanks ma'am" He say

"Louis stand by Claire I'll get you two " she says be for louis snakes an arm around my back smiling at the camera

"My turn" Liam says and I move over to him he slings an arm around my shoulder for the picture

the door bell rings "I better let them in" my mom say walking away

"What about our picture" Harry says pouting

"Awe she will be back" I say walking into his side his arm goes over my shoulder and I wrap my arms around his waist

"There is my champion" Amanda says running in and kissing Lucas

"Who is..." Harry asks confused

"That's Amanda, Lucas' girlfriend"

"You didn't"

"You never asked" I say laughing as people stated walking in congradulating us
