Unexpected
Chapter 6
Niall’s POV:
After Makenzy hung up, I made my way from the park to the café. I wondered what she needed to talk about. I sat down at a table in the back of the restaurant. The same table she sat at when we met about two years ago, but she probably didn’t remember that.
About six months after she met me and Liam, she was driving home when a drunk driver rear-ended her sending her into a tree. When paramedics got to the scene, they didn’t think she would make it. However, her being the stubborn girl she is, made it through. The only problem was that she lost some of her memory. She can only remember up to when her and her mom first moved here.
I just sat there in that table, staring of into space waiting for her to walk through the door. She didn’t remember anything that happened in the 2 years she was here. I imagined her walking in the door, purple hair slightly blowing around her beautiful face. I guess I was too caught up in my thoughts because next thing I knew Makenzy was waving her hand in front of my face.
“Niall? Earth to Niall!” She said. I blinked and smiled at her. I knew I was blushing.
“What did you want to talk about Makenzy?” I asked her
“I know this is a stupid question, but I need to know what’s going on. I had the weirdest dream this morning and I don’t know what it means.” She started tearing up. I stood up and sat next to her pulling her into a hug. She pushed me away, which probably hurt more than it should’ve.
Zee’s POV:
When I pushed him away from me, I could see it hurt him. He sat back down across from me.
*Flashback*
Your in mine and Niall’s history class.” Liam said just as Niall sat across from me. I liked him. I had the hugest crush on him. I don’t think he would even give me a chance. I just an average American teenager, he’s an international superstar.
*flashback over*
I blinked. What was that? Niall was staring at me. I wanted to tell him what was happening but I didn’t know him other than that he is in one of my favorite bands. I got the feeling that I knew him.
“Makenzy, there are some things that have happened in the past couple of years that you need to know. Come with me.” He grabbed my hand and pulled me up towards the front door. For some reason I didn’t pull my hand away from his. I intertwined my fingers with his. I don’t know what I am doing.
--Skip car ride—
When we got to where ever he drove us, he parked the car next to a huge house. He opened my door for me and took my hand in his. As we walked up the path to the front door, I heard shouting.
“Hazza!! You can’t do that!! It’s cheating!”
“I can too and theres nothing you can do about it!!” Just as Niall and I opened the door, I saw Louis and Harry wrestling on the floor. When they saw us, they immediately separated and hugged me.
“Guys, she wants to know what’s going on.” Niall said looking at Harry and Louis.
“ZAYN!! LIAM!! MAKENZYS HERE!!!” Louis yelled. I covered my ears wincing. “Sorry about that, but it’s the only way they are able to hear me.” I nodded at him still not saying anything. I was scared and excited. I was in ONEDIRECTIONS HOUSE!! Not even one minute later I hear footstep running down the stairs. I saw Liam and Zayn run over to me. Liam was the first to get to me. He picked me up and swung me around in a circle. When he set me back down, I felt a little woozy. I almost fell a few times, but Liam’s arm never left my waist.
