Harry’s POV

Tonight is a friend of mine’s birthday party, but he doesn’t like to say that because it makes him seem childish so he just says his ‘’party’’. He has one every year, mid-August. It’s a costume party, and to be honest it’s pretty enjoyable.

“Emmy? Baby, are you done yet?” I ask as I knock on the bedroom door. ‘’Hold on!’’ She laughs lightly. I sigh with a smile, stepping away from the door. Usually I don’t ‘’dress up’’ or really do anything.

However though, this year is different. As soon as I told Emmy about it she got so excited and demanded that she pick what I’d be. Actually, it’s not that bad. I’m a tiger. And no, I don’t have no god damn suit on.

I’m wearing my usual black skinny jeans and just a black T-Shirt. But my face.. on the other hand.. Well, I know people and I know a professional make up artist and she worked her magic and made me a damn tiger.


As long as Emmy likes it, it’s worth it. I think.


‘’Just tell me what you’re going to be.’’ I say loudly, patiently waiting to see what she was doing. “I’m almost done.’’ She says. At least she didn’t lie to me, a few seconds later, the door cracked open.

‘’Ready?” she asks. ‘’Yeah, c’mon.. please.’’ I smirk, ready to see what my girl’s wearing for me tonight. ‘’M’kay.. come in.’’ She says. I step into the room and my eyes begin to roam for her.

There she is. My eyes landed on her by the balcony door, standing behind the curtains, giggling as she peeked out at me.

‘’Mmm.. hiding from me already.. don’t be scared.. I won’t bite.’’ I smirk as I go over towards her.

Emmy hides completely in the curtains, slightly giggling as I approach her. ‘’C’mon out baby..’’ I mumble as I pull the curtains out from in front of her. A smirk creeps to my face as I see her.

‘’Mmm..’’ I bite my lip as I grab her waist, pulling her to me. ‘’My little kitten.’’ I whisper, kissing the top of her head. She puts her arms around my torso, holding onto me. ‘’Do you like it?’’ She asks.

‘’I sure do.. you look so damn sexy, babe.. so beautiful.’’ I tell her, petting her curled hair softly, trying not to mess it up. ‘’My little sex kitten.’’ I growl into her ear. She giggles, squeezing me tight.

‘’Harry.. I really need a jacket or a sweater.’’ Emmy mumbles as she takes my hand while getting out of the car. ‘’No one’s going to be paying any attention baby.’’ I assure her as I shut the door.

I pat my pockets, making sure I have my phone and my keys, and I do thankfully. ‘’But.. but what if they do..’’ She sighs, grabbing my other hand and pulling me to her with a lot of force, she wasn’t that strong and it was rather cute.

‘’Baby.. if anyone says anything.. I’ll take care of them, promise, okay?’’ I tell her, kissing her forehead lightly before dropping one of her hands and begin the walk to the door.

“I’m not going to know anyone.’’ Emmy mumbles as she wraps her arms around my elbow, keeping close like I wanted her to, especially at some crazy party. ‘’You know Niall and Liam.’’ I say, correcting her assumption.

‘’Okay, two people, so what.’’ She sighs, sassy. I roll my eyes, ‘’stop over reacting darling, you’re going to have fun, don’t worry.’’ I assure her, hoping she will just go with what I say and trust me.
