Whirlwind

Jessica's POV:

The week had flown by and before we knew it it was our last night with my family. The week had been such a success; everyone completely loved Harry just like I knew they would. He had handled everything so well and it really did feel like he was now part of my crazy but lovable family.

We decided to have a family games night at my cousin Hannah's house. I loved games nights; they always ended up being really funny and really messy. Harry and I went over a little earlier than planned just to help Han with anything she may need as there was going to be a lot of us invading her home later. However, it was a little bit pointless as she insisted we were her guests and she didn't need our help so I ended up entertaining her gorgeous 2 and a half year old son, Lucas, whilst Harry and Han's finance Paul were talking about football.

By 7.30 everyone had arrived and we had come to the conclusion it would be easier for us to order a load of pizza's for dinner. We had all brought drinks and nibbles to have throughout the evening. As there were so many of us, 18 all together, we decided to sit in the garden; it was a lovely evening and it gave us more space. I loved it when we were together like this, we all get on so well and all have the same types of humour which usually means the next day I'd wake up and feel like I'd done about 1000 sit ups because I'd spent the whole evening belly laughing with everyone.

The drinks were well and truly flowing by the time the pizza turned up. I didn't even hear the doorbell go when I saw Harry walking towards the garden with his arms filled with pizza boxes.
"Dinner is served guys!" He said as he set the boxes on the table.
"Wait, Harry, you haven't just paid for all of this food have you?" My Mum asked as she approached him.
"Yeah, dinner is on me tonight guys. I want to thank you all for making me feel so welcome and part of the family." He smiled as he spoke.
The family started to protest and tried to give him money but he was not having any of it.

I couldn't stop the smile forming on my face. This man is absolutely incredible in so many ways.

And that's when I realised it.

It was as clear as day and my stomach flipped.

I was in love with Harry Styles.

Harry's POV:

I looked around at everyone and they were all so lovely. I had a feeling when I was paying that I'd have this sort of reaction - I mean Jess is exactly the same so it was obvious to me her family would be the same. What they didn't realise though was that I was pretty stubborn and no matter what they said I would not be caving in. It's not like buying dinner broke the bank... I had the money and I like being able to treat the people who matter to me. They had made me feel so welcome and part of the family straight away. They didn't treat me any different because of who I was which I appreciated more than they could ever know; it's hard sometimes and I hate it when I'm treated different because I am 'famous'. God I hate that word.

After I had chosen a few slices of pizza I went back and sat next to Jess. She looked truly stunning today, her hair was down and her loose dark curls fell over her shoulder and down her back when she moved her head. She was wearing a pair of dark blue skinny jeans with rips on both knees and an off the shoulder black jumper. Her outfit hugged her curves perfectly, I really was the luckiest guy in the world. She must have felt me staring at her because she paused her conversation and turned to face me.
"Are you ok?" She looked at me with slight worry in her eyes.
"Yeah I'm fine babe. You just caught me staring at this amazingly perfect woman, that's all." I smiled cheekily at her and winked.
She laughed as she said "Ahhh I see, well I'm so sorry to have disturbed you babe, I'll leave you to your observations and thoughts... but keep it clean, there are children present."
I laughed as she turned her attention back to the conversation she was having with Hannah. She really did have the whole package - the looks, personality and sense of humour.

When everyone had finished eating we decided to get right involved in the games. We split up into two teams of nine; we went for men v women just to make it more competitive. We were playing Trivial Pursuit so we had to go back into the living room as we needed to use the TV. I loved playing games and did get quite competitive myself and being with the guys just heightened that feeling. We were giving the girls fighting talk and it was really funny some of the things that were being thrown around. After the way we went on I really hoped we won otherwise we were gonna look like mega fools!

45 minutes in and the guys were in a bad way. We were losing so horribly it was actually quite embarrassing. The girls however was smashing the shit out of it! I was surprised they weren't looking smug and gloating their arses off right now... I know if us guys were in the position they were we would have been. I looked over at Jessica and she smiled at me and blew me a kiss. Even humble when winning, I thought to myself. I really wanted to go over and give her a big kiss and say well done but I couldn't leave the boys right now.

The game ended and the girls were all up on their feet jumping around. I heard a few 'in your face' comments being thrown around. The boys and I all looked at each other and thats when David said "We let them win eh boys... happy wife happy life!" We all started cracking up and nodding in agreement.
I glanced at Jess again and she did look very happy. She was laughing and cheering with the other girls.

And that's when I realised it.

It was as clear as day and my stomach flipped.

I was in love with Jessica Clarke.
