Whirlwind

Harry's POV:

"Well that was a little crazy, and from the looks of it we are getting followed too! It will be fine when we get to my house, they shouldn't be able to get any more pictures of us when we get there." I don't know whether I was trying to put Jess at ease or myself. As we stopped at the red light I took a second to look at Jess to make sure she was ok as she hadn't said anything since leaving her house. Her head was leaning on her hand andshe looked like she was deep in thought.

As we pulled into my driveway I had a sudden sense of relief knowing we were finally out of the paps reach. I got out the car and walked around to Jessica's side to let her out and all I could think about was the question everyone seem to be shouting at me -
"Harry... Harry... Is this your new girlfriend?"
I've never been one to entertain that sort of questioning in that manner but I knew that I couldn't contain my smile and I know from experience that a picture speaks a thousand words... the press are going to have a field day.

I led Jessica into my house and straight into the living room. I really needed to take a shower so as I set her bag down I said "make yourself at home I'm just going to have a quick shower and freshen up, can I get you a drink?"
"No I'm fine thank you, my Mum has just text me asking to call her so I'm guessing she has heard about our date last night... I should probably give her a call."
"Ok babe, make yourself at home and help yourself to anything."
With that said I left the room and headed to the bathroom. I was curious what she would say to her Mum as she had told me they were very close, but I guess I would have to wait until later to find out.

Jessica's POV:

Harry's house was really nice, very private which I expected nothing less. I sat down on the sofa getting ready to call my Mum, I had so much to tell her but I knew I didn't have very long. She's probably heard from someone about Harry and I and I suddenly feel a small pang of guilt that she didn't initially hear it from me.
"Hey Mum you alright?"
"Hi Jessy yeah I am fine thanks, how are you?"
"I'm good thanks well more than good actually. Been up to much?"
"No not really, been working all day as I am so busy and have so much to catch up on, how about you?"
"Oh I know that feeling, work is hectic for me at the moment too. Well yeah I do have something to tell you actually..."

After 15 minutes of me continuously speaking and telling my Mum what had gone on I sat waiting for her reaction.
"Ah Jessy he seems like a lovely guy! Charlie came over earlier and said a couple of her friends had texted her asking if you were dating Harry, but she wasn't sure either. We looked at a couple of stories which is very unlike me, I hate reading the paper it's full of rubbish but I thought I would give you a call and find out."
"Sorry I haven't had a chance to tell any of you but it has all happened very quick and I have been with Harry. I will text everyone just to set the record straight for the time being."
"Yeah that's a good idea. I am really happy for you, I've always liked the way Harry has carried himself in interviews - well in fact all of them. I had a feeling he was a lovely guy and he is certainly living up to it right now!"
"Yeah he is great Mum, but I am going to have to go now but I will call you when I am back home and we can chat some more. Love you lots."
"Ok darling, love you too. Speak soon. Bye."

As I hung up the phone I couldn't help but smile.

Sorry I have been a bit pants and not updated for so long, I've been really busy with work and stuff!
