Harrys POV
They always say that when someone’s drunk, their real personality comes out and their feelings on the inside shine through, and I would say Nikki is exactly true to herself. Even drunk she is all smiles and utter cuteness. Like she normally is.

“Me gusta!” Nikki giggled and poked my cheek. I smiled lopsidedly at her, buzzing from the hard liquor. Nikki has been running around singing and speaking in Spanish. I’m taking French, so I have no idea what she’s saying.

“What?” I smiled at her, sitting up from my sunken position on the couch.

“It means I like” she giggled.

“Oh” I smirked and raised my eyebrows. She’s also been very honest and more affectionate towards me. Earlier when never have I ever was coming to an end, she openly snuggled into my side, which I wasn’t complaining about. She plopped down next to me and I could feel the heat radiating off her perfectly tan skin. She mindlessly started jabbering on in Spanish again, and took her hair out of its bun, letting her curls rest on her straight shoulders.

“Ready Niall?” Louis slurred. Anjelica sat across the living room table from Niall. Louis stood up, looking down at him with blurry eyes, preparing to referee for whatever they were about to do.

“Ready” Niall unnecessarily shouted, putting both his hands behind his back.

“‘Jelca?” Louis asked, looking down to Anjelica who put her hands behind her back.

“Ready” she said, looking straight at Niall with an unreadable drunk expression. Liam walked up next to Louis and handed him two tall glasses bubbling over with alcohol.

“Thank you my good man” Louis said and downed one of them.

“Hey!” Niall whined and Louis wiped his mouth with the back of his hand.

“Don’t freight” Louis chuckled and took Zayns full glass.

“Dude!” Zayn whined.

“Here” Nick stumbled and gave Zayn his drink. Zayn drunkenly smiled and lazily slung his arm over Nicks shoulder.

“Now remember, keep your hands behind your backs until the count of three” Louis said, handing Liam the empty glass before setting down the glasses. One glass was set down in front of Anjelica and the other glass in front of Niall. “Help me my boy” Louis slurred to Liam.

“One” Liam started to count, stumbling over his tongue.

“Two” Louis said, smiling wide. There was a short pause, making Anjelica and Niall fidget with anticipation.

“Three” Both Liam and Louis cheered. Niall and Anjelica both lunged for their drinks and sloppily dank from their glasses.

“I win!” Anjelica gasped, slamming her glass down with a loud clunk. Nick, Zayn and Nikki who weren’t paying attention, looked over at them. Niall set his glass down barely a second later and stared at her.

“No one beats me” Niall said, astonished.

“Well baby, you just met your match” Anjelica said, licking her lips.

“OHHHHH!!!” we all hollered. Niall just sat there, staring at his girlfriend. The one person who beat him at his own game.

“Where have you been all my life?” Niall, then suddenly lunged across the table and attacked her lips. The glasses fell off the table and surely they would have broken if the living room floor wasn’t carpeted.

I quietly moaned when felt fingers scratch my scalp and play with my curls. Nikki had sneakily moved without my acknowledgement and stood behind the couch, skillfully massaging my scalp. I closed my eyes and leaned back into the couch, savoring the delightful feeling. When I felt her fingers start to pull out of my curls I quickly reached up and successfully caught her hands with my eyes still closed.

“Don’t stop..” I whispered and guided her hands back to my hair. I let got of her hands when I felt her fingers moving against my scalp and sighed in content. I love the feeling of people playing with my hair and scratching my scalp.

“I’m guessing that you’re enjoying this” Nikki whispered in my ear, her hot breath brushed my sensitive spot just under my ear. I opened my eyes and tilted my head to the side, coming face to face with her. Our faces were inches apart just like they have been before. I was so tempted to pull her over the couch and sit her right on my lap.

“I’m enjoying you” I said, looking deep into her clouded eyes.

“It’s hot in here!” Louis shouted, but neither Nikki and I payed attention to him. Nikki slowly blinked a few times and took slow deep breaths.

“Enjoying you is what I do best” Nikki whispered and I felt myself flowing with confidence. I naturally leaned in even close to her face. But suddenly, my face was unnaturally moving closer to hers and Nikki and our foreheads painfully knocked together.

“Ow” we both whined. I smacked Louis hand away from my head and glared up at him.

“Lou!” I snapped.

“You guys where moving to slow” Louis shrugged with a devious smile. I shook my head at him but soon stopped, for my head felt light headed.

“Oh my heads starting to hurt” Nikki said, holding her head and Nick zipped to her side with a drink in hand.

“That just means you need to drink more” Nick said, placing the drink in her hands. Nikki swallowed half of it numbingly and puckered up her lips.

“Ugh..” she scoffed and handed the drink to me. I happily obliged and chugged the warm liquid. It burned in my belly, but quickly turned into a satisfying warmth.

“I’m hot!” Louis said again and wiped his sweaty forehead. I must agree with him on this one. It’s stuffy and warm in here/

“It is” Zayn agreed, taking off his shirt. Both Nick and Nikki gaped at his naked top half and in a desperate attempt for attention, stood up and whipped off my shirt. I ruffled my curls into place and cheekily smiled as Nikki’s jaw dropped to the floor. I stretched my arms up high, using that as an excuse to show off my v-lines, earning a satisfying gasp from Nikki. My confidence has definitely boosted while I’ve been drunk.

“We should go outside!” Louis cheered.

“But it’s raining and stuff and we’ll get all wet again” Nikki said lightly and breathlessly, still staring at me.

“Then I’ll have to use force, LIAM!” Louis shouted and Liam came over and threw Nikki over his shoulder.

“Ah!” Nikki squealed. “Why you guys always got to pick me up?” Nikki whined as we headed out of the living room. “Anjelica!” she screamed for her sister, but Anjelica and Niall were too engrossed by each others lips.

“I think you should take your shirt off” Zayn slurred to Nick with a cocky smile. Nick uneasily chuckled and shook his head.

“I can wal-WOAH that’s cold!” Nikki yelped as Liam stepped outside into the dark sky and cold rain.

“This is so much better” Louis said, throwing his head back and opening his mouth. The water sizzled against my hot skin in a soothing way. I briefly closed my eyes and let the rain run down my body. Louis bumped hips with mine and I looked over to him with a smile.

“Do you know why I really stopped your kiss?” Louis said with sudden seriousness. My smiled faltered immediately and I cocked my head to the side in confusion. Even though Louis was always fun and the jokester, he still can get serious and have deep conversations with me.

“No, why?” I asked and Louis pointed over to where Liam was spinning around in circles with Nikki still slung over his shoulder.

“Because, you don’t want to have your first kiss with her drunk” Louis stated and then smiled at me.

“True” I nodded and ruffled my best friends hair.

“SINGING IN THE RAIN!” Nick shouted and mindlessly skipped around with Zayn, arms locked.

“WE’RE SINGING IN THE RAIN!” Zayn hollered, a goofy smiled plastered on his face.

“Those two” Louis shook his head and chuckled.

“Interesting pair?” I smirked and ran my hair through my now damp hair. My skin has now cooled down significantly and I felt goosebumps rise on my arms, but I didn’t feel cold.

“Liam I’m dizzy” Nikki said and Liam stopped spinning, but didn’t set her down.

“I’ve been dizzy” Liam chuckled and stumbled a bit.

“I’m glad that they are able to still be great friends” I blurted out. Louis set his hand on my shoulder.

“I’m proud of you” he said.

“You are?” I asked and Louis nodded.

“Liam set me down” Nikki said.

“Nope” Liam chuckled “Not until Louis says the ‘okay.’”

“Liam I’m serious” Nikki said with a shaky voice. I instantly froze at how she sounded. I went into worry mode.

“I see what you’re doing, you just don’t want to be carried” Liam joked.

“Nikki?” I asked and Nikki started to squirm and kick her feet.

“Liam!” she yelled.

“Give him the okay!” I yelled urgently to Louis.

“Okay!” Louis shouted with slight confusion. Liam set Nikki down and she stumbled across the grass. Nick and Zayn weren’t skipping around anymore and watched Nikki.

“Nikki?” I worriedly asked as she rushed past us and tripped through the doorway.
“Nikki!” Liam yelled we rushed into the house. She frantically got up and slipped again on the tiled kitchen floor. She made weird noises and she was moving in jerky movements. I tried to help her up but she pushed me away and just barely made it to the kitchen sink where she heaved. Nick looked away and Louis rubbed the back of his head while Liam and I looked at her with sympathy.

“I’m sorry...” Liam said and I walked over to her. I pulled her wet hair back and out of her face and tried to make her feel better by soothingly rubbing her back. I can hold down my alcohol, but seeing her sick makes me feel a little queasy.

“I hate you guys” she choked and painfully heaved again.

“Everyone goes through this after their first time being drunk” Louis said.

“Should I go ge-” Zayn started to say, and Nikki startled me when she shot straight up.

“Don’t tell my sister!1” she screamed, pulling her hand up to Zayn. Her eyes then went wide and she leaned over the sink again.

“Her sister has a strange fear of throw up” Nick explained and Nikki stood up little.

“Are you okay now?” I asked, rubbing her back.

“I feel like crap” she whined.

“And to be honest, you look like crap” Louis said and Liam smacked him upside the head.

“Are you okay Nick? Do you feel sick?” Zayn asked, cupping Nicks cheek and feeling his forehead. “You’re a little warm” Zayn said, overreacting.

“It’s probably the alcoh-”

“Lets go get you dry, AGAIN, and to bed” Zayn said, dragging Nick out of the kitchen with him.

“I’ll clean up, go take her to bed also. Its late” Liam said, shooing Nikki and I away. I placed my arm behind her knees, but Nikki moved away.

“No..I’m all gross” she said, looking down. I gently tilted her chin up.

“All I see is beauty” I smiled at her and scooped her up in my arms with one swift movement.

“Careful” Liam said in his fatherly voice. “Oh and she can sleep in my bed” he added. Nikki flinched in my arms and I nodded to Liam. As I walked out of the kitchen I heard part of the conversation beginning between Liam and Louis. “I just wanted to have some fun, you know? Loosen up with some drinks. I never intended for Nikki to get sick. I guess was just so into the fact of actually having a drink that I didn’t think about the consequences. Simon is most likely going to find out and kill us and now Nikki is sick.”

“She needed it” Louis said and that’s all I heard before their voices got distant. I walked past the living room and briefly saw Niall and Anjelica passed out drunk on the couch. I walked up the stairs and gave Nikki privacy in the bathroom as she changed into my clothes that I let her borrow. She took awhile, probably because every movement she made she would whine and I would hear some more unpleasant retching. She opened the door and I was quick to help her.

“Sit” I closed the lid to the toilet and pointed to it. She sat down and I quickly took her wet clothes to the laundry room before returning. She was standing up and trying to plug in the dryer. “I thought I told you to sit” I said, but softly smiled at the innocent look on her face.

“My head feels like its swimming” she said and I helped sit her down on the toilet. I plugged in the dryer.

“You’ll feel like that” I said and held up the dryer. “May I?” I asked and she nodded, but realized her mistake and closed her eyes painfully. I gently dried her damp curls and did my best attempt of a loose pony tail so her hair won’t go everywhere and so that the pony tail wasn’t tight enough to hurt her scalp. Her eyes started to droop and I lightly shook her shoulders.

“Harry...” she mumbled.

“Yes love?” I asked.

“My breath probably stinks” she grumbled and I chuckled at her.

“That’s okay, but to bad you don’t have a toothbrush here” I said and kneeled down in front of her.

“Harry..” she mumbled again, blinking slowly.

“Yes?” I replied.

“Sorry that you had to take care o-”

“Don’t even” I said, gently kissing her forehead. “The pleasure is mine” I smiled.

“One more thing, Harry” she said, looking into my eyes.

“That is?” I said, ready to give her anything.

“Can you carry me to bed?” she asked in a small voice and I nodded. I carefully carried her to Liams bed and tucked the blankets up to her chin. “My head hurts...” she whimpered and I gently caressed her cheeks.

“I’ll go get something to make it better” I said and left to go to Nick and Zayns room. Both Nick and Zayn were sitting on Zayns bed and Nick was holding a wrapped up box.

“Zayn, I told you not to-Oh hey Harry” Nick said, watching me stroll to their bathroom.

“Just getting painkiller for Nikki” I said and Nick nodded. I spotted the small white bottle in Zayns cabinet and swiped it off the shelf. I strolled back into their room and saw Nick slowly unwrapping the present. “What’s in the box?” I asked, stopping.

“I don’t know yet” Nick chuckled, and I would have stuck around, but I had my lovely lady waiting for me. Well I mean she’s not MY lovely lady..but she will be soon.

“Alright, well you can tell me all about it tomorrow” I smiled.

“I don’t know, I might not even open it because Zay-”

“Oh stop whining” Zayn said put his hand on Nicks knees. “Open it, tell me how amazing I am and how much you love me, give me a big hug and then go to bed” Zayn smiled and NIck bit his lip.

“Goodnight you two” I said as I closed the door. I walked back over to Liam and Nialls room, but stopped before entering. “Water!” I quietly exclaimed and turned around to go get some, but Louis and Liam were behind me. Louis was on Liams back and Liam impressingly held Louis up and held a glass of water.

“Thought that you’d need this” Liam said, handing a glass of water to me and I sighed.

“Thanks” I smiled.

“Is it okay if Liam is with me tonight? Niall and Anjelica are glued to the couch and you can sleep in Nialls bed so you’re close to Nikki” Louis said, putting his chin on Liams shoulder.

“That’s great” I said and got my stuff out of Louis and I’s room. I quickly changed in the bathroom, put my clothes in the laundry and was now on my way back to Nikkis room with the pills and glass of water. I felt kind of bad for making her wait for so long. “Hey Nikki” I whispered and walked over to where she lay. “I got yo-” I stopped talking and internally swooned over how Nikki was sleeping. I’ve seen her sleeping before, but for some reason this time she was just so incredibly adorable and beautiful at the same time. Her face was peaceful and a beautiful yet adorable way. I set the glass and pills on the nightstand next to her and took one last glance before going over to Nialls bed and snuggly tucking myself in.

“Goodnight Harry..” Nikki sleepily croaked and I smiled to myself.

“Goodnight love.”

Theres not much to say :/ but I do want to thank and dedicate this chapter to Nicki-Noodle for telling me to update :) I have some good news..
I'M 10000000000% UPDATING TOMORROW!
I have literally have all this time tomorrow to write and I have double checked to make sure that my mom isn't taking me anywhere and that I'm not doing anything else BUT UPDATING :)
I love you all and I thank you guys for all of your support! You are my diamonds, my rubies, my sapphires, my gold! Well, maybe not all of that but you definitely are my adorable ducklings with big beautiful hearts!!
