She's Into Drummers

"Okay Ella, here's the last one," my mom said, handing me my last present. Today was the big day.
It was my eighteenth birthday.
I was finally an adult.

I took a look at the large box in my lap, wondering what the hell it could be. It was strangely light for it's size. I opened up the box and saw a little piece of paper taped to the inside. My jaw dropped to the floor. This wasn't any ordinary piece of paper. This particular piece of paper happened to have a 5 seconds of summer concert ticket printed on it.

I couldn't believe my eyes. I had been in love with them for years and I always wanted to see them live, but tickets were always too much money.
"Are you serious?! Oh my God this is the best present ever!" I screamed as I gave my parents the biggest hug ever.
"Thank you so much!"
"You're welcome, Sweetie. Sorry they're not very good seats, but tickets are so expensive." my mom said apologetically.
"I don't even care, as long as I get to see Ashton in person I'm good!"

Ashton Irwin. Even his name gave me butterflies. Ashton was the drummer of the band and also happened to be my favorite member. Just the thought of seeing him from the back of the venue got me excited; little did I know what was yet to come.

if you actually decided to read my story I'm sorry this chapter is so short, but I just needed to start it off. I promise that once I get more into the story the chapters will be longer. :) and ill be posting the dates that I updated this because it always drives me insane how this site doesn't let you know when it was last updated so ya, youre welcome:) and I also have an instagram and a vine.
