Moving To England

Chapter Fifty

*Destiny’s POV*

I blinked, shut my eyes and blinked again. Yawning I finally managed to open my eyes to see Harry sleeping next to me. He was holding onto my hand as his head was pressed against mine.

I smiled at the sight in front of me. “I love him.” I laughed, quietly to myself. Harry moved a bit in his sleep, somehow reminding me of the note Lizzie gave me. Slipping my hand into my pocket, I took out the note. It read: “Call me”.

I made sure Harry was asleep before getting up. I glanced over at the time on the table next to the bed: “11:30”, it read.

“She probably isn't asleep, just yet,” I say thinking out loud to myself, but in a hushed voice, so I don’t wake up Niall, June and Harry.

I dialled the number she gave me in the note, into my phone. “Hello?” I hear Lizzie say from the other side of the line.

“Lizzie?” I ask.

“Yes. Destiny. You called.”

“Of course. Now tell me what's up. You said you have to tell me something.” I asked my cousin, settling carefully on the floor, leaning against the bed, speaking in a whispered voice.

“Something that you need to know,” Lizzie says, sounding ashamed.

“What’s wrong?”

“Remember Victor?” Lizzie says. The name rings through my mind rapidly. Lizzie was the only person who ever knew from the beginning my safe haven. The only one I could honestly release myself to, all my pain and sorrow. She always listened.

“Of course. But why are you asking me this.”

“Him. Victor …”

“Yeah?”

“He …” Lizzie trails off.

“What, Lizzie! What?” I nudged her for answers.

“Victor and Nicki are dating. Your Nicki.” Lizzie finally spits out. Her words were crashing into every corner of my mind, the flashbacks hit me like 1000 bullets. My heart ached as if a billion knives struck it. I was speechless. I was hurt.

“Destiny, please. Are you okay?” Lizzie frantically asked after I hadn’t said anything back.

“How? How could they be dating?” I say, in a quiet voice, staring off into a distance. I just sat there listening to Lizzie trying to make me feel better for a solid 5 minutes, no tears coming out but my heart breaking with every word she said.

“You know what. You aren’t even listening to me. Fine. Let’s talk happier. I’m not letting you go to sleep like this.” Lizzie demands, finally giving up with the pep-talk.

“Happier?”

“Harry. He makes you happy doesn’t he.”

“Yeah.” I smile, shaking my head. I got on my knees and peered over the bed. “Sound asleep. He looks so innocent. Like an angel.”

“You guardian angel.” Lizzie points out.

“My guardian angel …” I smile, leaning back against the bed.

“Tell me about him.”

“What are you talking about? You already know him.”

“Yeah … but still.”

“The way he looked at you … like … like he found true love.” I say as a tear escapes my eye.

“Don’t be stupid.” Lizzie snaps at me.

“I’m not. He still has feelings for you, I’m so sure about it.” I say, tears filling up my eyes. “He hasn’t let go of the memory of you. Now he’s seen you, in reality, it probably just hit him, he still loves you.”

“Destiny!” Lizzie snaps again.

“Lizzie, I’m serious. You should’ve of seen his eyes when you went in for a hug. Love.” I say.

“Destiny, please, he doesn’t love me. You saw the way he screamed out to the world of how much he loved you.” Lizzie points out.

“Yeah, in front of a bunch of strangers from a whole new country. Heck, an entirely new continent, Lizzie. He isn’t ever seeing these people again.” I shake my head, pointing out the things she was avoiding.

“He loves you. I left him in the worst state. I hurt him, leaving him in pain.” Lizzie explains, trying to reason with me.

“Yeah. The boy went around breaking other hearts.” I say, giggling a little.

“Not technically a boy now, if you know what I mean.” Lizzie laughs.

“Man? Too much of a man.” I shake my head, giggling.

“A man dating a girl?” Lizzie says.

“I’m a girl and proud of it. I’m surrounded by dirty people.” I giggle.

“No adults, surrounded by adults.” Lizzie laughs.

“That’s bad.” I laughed.

“Talk more about Harry. How did you fall in love with him? Something I could and can never manage.” Lizzie says.

“Harry. I … I fell in love with him because of his eyes.” I laughed shaking my head.

“His eyes? How? I mean … you fall in love for the worst reasons.” Lizzie teases me.

“Oh hush.”

“It’s true, though.”

“Don’t you think I know that.”

“Of course.” Lizzie laughs, I giggle as well.

“When he is asleep he looks so innocent and cute.” I smile, peering over the bed looking at him, again.

“And when awake?”

“Awake … uh … sexy?” I laugh at myself. “Handsome. Sometimes scary looking. And sometimes really sweet.”

“You are so cheesy.”

“Not as much as Harry, though.”

“Oh god! That’s actually so true.” Lizzie comments making the both of us break into laughter.

We talked for a little while longer before I started to hear Harry move around on the bed. I turned around to see Harry fast asleep, with his eyes shut tightly.

“I have to go now, Lizzie,” I tell her, before we said our goodbyes and hang up. I climbed into bed next to Harry.

“Harry? Are you awake?” I whispered into his ear. No movement.

I put my arm around Harry and scooched a bit closer towards him, placing my forehead against his. “Awe. You aren’t awake. I was wondering if we could have sex now … but sleep is more import-”

“Yes! I’m awake! Come to me, baby!” Harry exclaimed, jumping on top of me, planting several kisses all over my face.

“Harry!” I shouted, slapping his face gently.

“What? Don’t worry, I’ll be careful. I know it's your first time and-” Harry rambling quickly.

“Harry.” I looked at him crossed.

“What did I do …?” I looked at me concerned, still on top of me.

“You. Are. Such. A. Dirty. Boy.” I scrolled him, slapping his chest after every word.

“I love you?” Harry tried, fixing up his little mistake.

I scrunched up my eyebrows. “You were eavesdropping.”

“No … I don’t know what are you talking about …?” Harry tried to brush off, leaning in for a kiss.

“No.” I put my hand in his mouth. “How much did you hear, mister?”

“Everything?” He shrugs. I slap his head. “You think I’m sexy, eh?”

“Harry!” I slapped his head again. “Go to sleep.” I turn to my side.

“Okay, your sexy boyfriend will go to sleep,” Harry smirked, kissing my cheek before falling to the bed, wrapping his arm around my body.

I sank myself into his chest.

The next day we ventured around the rest of the amusement park go on every ride and games, watching a movie, eating breakfast and lunch at restaurants at the amusement park. At around three we made our way back to our original hotel room.

On the 22nd, Niall and June, Ally and Liam, Zayn and Mabel, Louis and Elizabeth and Harry and I all went on separate dates as couples.

Harry took me to an elegant restaurant for dinner, he brought me a lovely big bouquet of flowers. Afterwards, we went for a slow walk along a scenic trail down the beach shore. There was lots of talking, laughing and kisses.

The date was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing.
