Can You Talk?
Lynsey's POV
I stand up, shocking myself a little.
''What are you doing!''Anna whisper yells at me. I look at her and smile gently.
''I'm gonna go talk to him.''I say.
''You're so crazy! You can't do that!''She says.
''Watch me.''I smirk at her as I walk away, and over to the other house.
I step over the short bushes that separate every house here. I walk over to the boy, his eyes on me the whole time.
"Hi there.''I smile at him.
He just smirks a little at me.
''I'm Lynsey.''I say, nothing out of him yet! Ugh, this could take a while.
"Can you talk?''I ask, laughing a little as I stick my hands in my pockets.
''Ye-yeah.''He stutters.
I've always have guys dropping to their knees to talk to me, not bragging. I hate it. Boys are whores. More of a whore than my mother was, and she has seven kids. All accidents, none planned. Off topic!
"I'm Niall.''He says with a raspy, deep Irish accent.
''Irish, huh?''I ask.
He bites his lip as he nods a little at me, his blue eyes staring at me. I see them trail down my body. He takes a few moments before moving on past my chest. I smile a little as he looks back up at my face.
''Like somethin' you see?''I ask, smirking.
''Um..''he just smiles, not able to really answer me.
''So, Niall.''I say.''You're new here?''
''yeah.''He nods again and I nod back, awkward.
"So..I wanna welcome you to the neighborhood.''I say, stepping closer to him. He watches me closely, still biting that perfect little bottom lip of his.
"And..how would you do that, Love?''He asks, stepping closer also.
We're only about half a foot from each other. I smirk gently as I watch him stare at me. I hear Anna's voice calling me from behind, but I don't say anything, I just ignore it.
"I could..take you out for drinks..tonight...if you'd like.''I say, constantly inching closer.
Suddenly I realize he's right there in front of me, half an inch away.
He gently licks his lips as he smirks again, damn that's so cute.
''Just you and me?''He whispers, his warm minty breath hitting my face.
''Mmmhmm..''I nod a little.
"Sounds like a plan, love.''He mumbles, his eyes staring hard and deeply into mine. Which is driving me crazy, and getting me really horny. Opps..didn't mean to let that out.
''I'll come over 'round 9..kay?''I say and he nods.
I turn around, breaking our close connect with little distance. I hear him sigh a little as I begin to walk away. But as I step over the bushes, he calls me.
''Um, Lynsey?''He says.
I look over my shoulder.
''Yes?''I ask him, curious about it.
''It was nice meeting you.''He winks.
''You too.''I smile and continue walking back to my house. Once I'm in my yard, I go inside.. for some reason. I left Anna outside talking to herself, like usual.

There was something about Niall I couldn't get out of my head. The way he was staring at me was not like how other guys stare at me. I mean, gosh..it was hot and all but it was.. wonderful I guess I could say that? Yeah..
He never broke his gaze, only blinked every other few seconds.
To be honest, I like my new neighbor...
A lot.
