Everything Has Changed
1 Year Later
Melissa’s POV.
It’s been a year now since the incident. I tried forgetting about Harry, but he never left my mind. I still love him though even though he hurt me twice and he hurt me bad. I have finally got myself to stop crying over him since he was the one who broke my hurt, but the pain was still there, the memories were glued to my brain, and my heart was still broken. No on could fix me. Harry was my first love and since then I was a disaster. My third album had just came out last week. It is called Red. Red is about the up and downs of love. Yes, my album is based off of Harry. Tonight is the night of the Grammy Awards. All the girls were here, butt my babies weren’t. They would be watching from home with Mir and Carrie. I was doing the opening performance for the Grammy today.
I was nominated for best song (I knew you were trouble), best album (Red), and best female singer. Taylor was nominated for best live act. Little Mix was not nominated for anything, but was invited. One Direction was nominated for best boy band. It was so obvious they were going to win. Hey Chels I said and took a sit across from her.
Hey Mel. You ready for your big night today. She grinned taking out her phone to let the people at the Grammy that we were on our way.
Yeah I am, but I am kind of nervous.

I know, but this is the opening performance. What if I mess up! I exclaim.
Relax hun. You’ll do great. I stopped talking and began to think about my performance that I will be doing. I was deep into my thoughts when we arrived. The driver hopped out and opened my door for me. I was greeted by a lot of camera flashes. I walked the red carpet, posed, and went to the fans, then I went inside, I was about to go find my friends, but I was rushed into my dressing room so I could get ready. My crew and I have already practiced yesterday for the performance. Taylor and I were doing our duet Picture to Burn for her performance. It was her song. 10 minutes later I was ready and the curtain opened. I know my accent was horrible, but I didn’t care. Before the show I knew doing that was going to get a lot of hate, but I couldn’t fight with management. That was to increase my popularity.
After my performance I hurried and change back to my other outfit and went out and took my seat. I sat next to Nicki Minaj. Great job sweetie she said and stood up to hug me.
Thank you so much! I smiled and sat down for the show. Thirty minutes later my category was called for best song. Ant the nominees are the announcer started, Melissa Ross the crowd erupted into a loud roar, my face was put up on the screen for I knew you were trouble, Kelly Clarkson Stronger, Pink Try, and Christina Aguilera Hurt. And the winner for 2014 Grammy Awards Best Song is… Melissa Ross! My name was called and I knew you were trouble pumped into the speaker. I jumped up with happiness and excitements written all over my face. Nicki gave me a huge hug and a kiss on the cheek, I walked into the aisle, Tim McGraw did the same thing, Kelly gave me a huge hug, Taylor gave me a huge hug and congratulated me, so did the boys and I went up stage to claim my awards.
The show continued. I was up for best album and female singer. I won them all. For Best album I was against, Nicki Minaj, Demi Lovato, and Justin Beiber. For best female singer I was against Mariah Carey, Selena Gomez, Faith Hill, and Bridget Mendler. When I won, Nicki was over joyed. When she hugged me she whispered in my ears I’m happy Mariah didn’t won. I whispered in her ears don’t worry, I don’t like her either. She gave me a huge smile and I walked onto stage.
After the show I went to look for the girls. I ran into Harry instead.
Good performance he said with a smirk.
I scoffed at him whatever. I walked away and he grabbed my wrist. Aren’t you going to say thank you he said with a smirk.
Thank you. You happy? Where’s the girls and boys I asked him looking around the arena.
I don’t know I went to look for you he said with a smile.

She walked away. I couldn’t help it. She was so perfect. I would do anything to hold her in my arms. The dress matched her perfectly. Even though she dissed me tonight, I could care less. I stood there watching her walk away. She ran into Justin Beiber and fell down. I was going to rush over to help her, but he had already held out a hand for her. She grabbed it without any hesitation. She looked up and I could see the surprise in her face. She and the girls had always been a huge fan. They talked for a little bit, then I saw then exchange numbers. Jealousy took over very quickly. They exchanged a quick hug and she walked away. I rushed to Justin quickly. He was shocked when he saw me. I assumed he was a fan. The boys and I were massive fans, but this was no time to fan boy.
Don’t ever touch my girlfriend I hissed at him.
Oh I’m so sorry, I thought you two broke up. I’m really sorry he said and I walked away.
