esther's pov
i woke up in a dark room. every day through a little metal box he would just throw in food. it was filthy here. i hoped i would make it out. anything but here. i was so tired. there was nothing to do so i just slept. he came in through a door that was hidden by darkness. "morning sunshine" i just groaned to tired to fight back. he pulled me up by my hair. "when i talk you respond" he said face inches away from mine. i just gulped. he threw me down on the floor. "looks like none of your friends even noticed you were missing" he told me. did they really not know i was missing? did they forget me? i hope they were looking for me. chase just stood there smiling. "did you really think i would not find you?????" chase asked me. i just looked down. hepulled me up by my hair again. "I SAID DID YOU REALLY THINK I WOULD NOT FIND YOU" he shouted in my face. i just nodded. i saw a plastic bowl in the corner of the room. i started planning to escape. the doorbell rang. as chase slammed the door i threw the bowlinbettween the door frame and the door and thedoor bounced back. thankfully it was plastic and din't make any noise for chase to notice. i snuck out of the room and went towards the door. chase noticed meso i ran to the closest room slammed the door and locked it. i heard him banging the door. i saw a window so i climbed out and made a run for it. there was just one problem. i had no idea where i was except for the fact it was a old alleyway and it was dark.............
