Harry’s POV
She practically told me everything there is to know between us. She told about us having a baby, Gracie, who died a month after she was born. I was extremely saddened by this. I wish I could comfort her, but even though she’s told me all this information, I don’t know how to. I lay in my bed staring at my ceiling. What am I going to do? I can’t remember her. Do I move on? Do I try to make amends? I can’t just leave her broken.

Louis came into the room and sat on the edge of the bed.

“What are you thinking about?” he asked.

“Harmony,” I answer.

“What about her?” he pushes on.

I sit up and look at him. “Lou, you can help me right? You see, I just don’t really know about this whole ‘me and her’ thing. I can’t be in a relationship where I barely know the girl, right? It’s not that I want to leave her broken; I just don’t want to be the half of a relationship that knows nothing. She deserves someone better than me. Someone who hasn’t lost their memory.”

“Look, Haz, you may doubt yourself, but we all have faith that one day your memory can come back. Promise me you won’t give up on her. She’s been through a lot. A lot that you still don’t know about. You just manage to put a smile on her face; she needs you. Don’t give up on your relationship, even thought it seems to be falling apart.”

“I may not know you too well either, but that really helps. Thank, Lou, for everything, for not losing faith.”

“Anything for my Hazza,” he ruffled my hair and started to walk out the room. “Oh, I almost forgot. Harmony is leaving tonight. She needs to get back to work. Her flight leaves at eight; you’re welcome to come and say goodbye.”

“Yeah, I’ll come,” I said, and then he left. Great. How am I supposed to make things better if she isn’t here? When is she coming back? Will she ever come back? A thousand questions run through mind at the thought of her leaving. I barely know this girl, well somewhere I do, but she makes my heart beat faster and faster.

If only I could remember, remember how I met her, remember all of the little things about her… Little things, why does that sound so familiar. Eh, it probably doesn’t mean a thing.

Harmony’s POV
I have to leave today. My flight leaves at 8PM. I’m a little disappointed to leave in this state, leaving Harry. I sigh as I think about the phone calls that won’t exist, the Skyping that is nonexistent, the cute morning texts I’ll never receive…

I finish packing my bag and head to the boys’ car downstairs. Zayn helps me put my luggage in the trunk and takes the passenger seat in the front. I open the door and look up to see Harry sitting there with Liam and Niall in the back row. I get in and buckle up. I rest one hand on the seat and stare out the window. I won’t be seeing London again until February. That’s four whole months!

I feel someone take my hand. I shoot my head down to look at my fingers interlocking with Harry’s. I look at him, and he squeezes my hand gently and shoots me a small smile. I return the gesture and keep my hand locked with his as I continue to stare out the window, but this time I was smiling.

We finally broke apart when we reached the airport. I ran to the trunk to get my bags as quick as possible because of all the paparazzi here. I was struggling a little to carry both of them, but then Harry came and grabbed one from me.

“Thanks,” I said. He just nodded, and we walked inside.

I was antsy waiting for my flight to be called. As soon as I got on, I wouldn’t be seeing Harry for four whole months, same with the rest of the boys.

“Flight 37A to California is now boarding,” was announced finally.

I get up to say goodbye to the guys. I hug Niall first.

“Don’t eat my ice cream. If you do, I expect you to replace it,” I say to him as I go in for a hug.

“Okay, I won’t. Goodbye Har,” he said.

I reach Liam next. “Keep them all in line, please. Don’t let Niall eat my ice cream; I already told him that, but I don’t think he’ll remember.”

“I will. Be safe. Tell Dani I miss her.”

Then, I go and hug Louis. I don’t have any words for him, but he has some for me.

“Don’t give up on he two of you. I already told Harry the same. There is something that will always pull you to each other, so you just have to believe that it will all work out,” he says.

“I think your that something Louis, because even though this relationship has been torn apart by a 16-wheeler, you still believe that whatever we had, that he forgot, can be found. Thanks Louis. I’m going to miss you. I’ll call you when I land.”

After Louis, I go and hug Zayn. “I’m going to miss you Zayn. Keep an eye out on Harry, will you? Text me.”

“I’m going to miss you, too. I will.”

Harry is the last person I hug. As I’m hugging him, I think of what Louis said. If I just continue to believe in this, will it really be fixed?

“I know this is hard because I have no idea what to say really, but if you don’t give up, I won’t give up. Louis’ right. It seems that, in the stories I’ve heard, we always somehow find a way to make it work. I’m not giving up on you.”

“I won’t give up on you either, Harry. It’s just really hard with this whole situation.”

“Last call for flight 37A; last call for flight 37A.”

“I have to go,” I said. I looked up and saw disappointment in his eyes. “Bye,” I gave him a small kiss on the cheek and left to board my flight. Before I walked completely on the plane, I turned around and waved at the sad faces of the people I call my friends.
